The experience has been very good for me using bird proxies. Once I got everything up and going, it was pretty straightforward, and I will continue to use this in the future.
Genuinely had no problems. I've purchased mostly their mobile (4G/5G) proxies and it's really just high quality. I don't really know what else to say since I quite literally had no issues, but yeah.

hopeful, so far looking promising
I usually don't write online reviews, I just use the services silently, but this time I feel compelled to leave one, especially since there are very few for this site in particular and it has given me a good impression in this short initial period of use so far.
The owner was very collaborative and helped me a lot, taking his time to find and provide proxies suited to my needs without holding back. The IPs I was given had an excellent quality score, and while there is a limited choice of ranges, the ones available work very well. The price isn't the absolute cheapest, but it's definitely one of the most affordable you can find on the market. All these reasons are making me consider taking a complete break from other providers who, despite being cheaper, have various issues that their creators refuse to fix or help me with, often causing me to actually lose money. If birdproxy continues to perform flawlessly like this, I will make this drastic but necessary choice of completely switch to bird.
The only downside is that tech support consists of a single agent, who is also the owner. This means it can be very slow; I had to wait several hours for a response every times i tried to open a ticket. However, it's also true that he threw in 10 free proxies after I had bought quite a few, maybe to apologize for the wait or just as standard practice, but I admit it was highly appreciated.
Fingers crossed for the future performance of these proxies. (to be clear, in this entire review i'm referring to ONLY the ISP proxies they offer.

this is genuinely one of the most thoughtful reviews we've ever gotten, thank you for taking the time to write it all out. you're completely right that support is just me at the moment, so replies aren't always instant, but i'm actively working on that and the fastest way to reach me is always Discord. really glad the ISP pool is performing for you, and i'll do everything to keep it that way.
