I received a email of my water usage
I received a email of my water usage. It proves now these are nothing but scammers details of water usage for February, March and April showing water usage and can say unless a ghost is useing water at my home as it not me as I been looking after my mum since new year I'm now going to seek legal advice as I'm never going to pay these fraudulent company anymore money they a disgrace bunch of scammers if you reply I will not be contacting you to discuss this as you always got excuses and your incompetent staff don't listen so I be seeing you in court you crooks

Couldn't pay with app ..
Had a problem with the app where I couldn't pay my monthly payments. So i phone up and it was really easy to pay over the phone
