Great experience
Sales people in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with my daughter as she made her choices. The fitting was a very reasonable price compared to other stores. The carpet arrived on time and the friendly fitter did a great job. Overall very happy

Great experience
Great experience. Really helpful in store and accommodated me when I needed to change the date for fitting. The fitting guy Logan was amazing. Professional, friendly and really helpful as it turned out I had been rushed to hospital when the carpet had to be fitted so he was very helpful with my boys to make sure it could all still be done whilst I was poorly.

Let down by subcontractor fitters
Good service from the shop, organised and great products but they were let down badly by the subcontractor fitters. Poor fitting of the floor and still not right after a revisit. Having to send photos of defects over to the shop prolongs the wait for a decent floor. Hopefully they will get it right on the third attempt. May update if things are sorted.

Got laminate from them with underlay and edging didn't use it all had 3 boxes left over they wouldn't take them back won't be using them again.
