Professional, friendly service, would recommend
From the first time i went into my local United Carpets and Beds the service has been great. First visit was to just have a look at flooring and get a quote, staff were very friendly. Second visit, I picked out the flooring and again, customer service was great, very friendly, chatty and helpful. Today, I had the flooring fitted and the guy that did it was lovely, very polite and did a brilliant job. Very happy with the customer service and my floor looks great. Would definitely recommend

Super efficient and genuinely lovely
A lovely gentleman came to measure up, Id already picked the carpet I wanted from their website. He'd actually came out on his day off he was super efficient and genuinely a really nice guy. I then rang the shop to book fitting and the lady was again so lovely extremely helpful and nothing was a problem.
