Abhorrent return policy
Good selection of equipment, but return policy makes you print out the return form yourself instead of giving a code for post office. Considering how huge unisport is makes me wonder why they don't have a proper return policy like other stores of their size.
In 2026 you need to print a piece of paper because they wanted to save the forests or something..brilliant.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.
While we're happy you found our selection strong, we’re sorry the return process didn’t meet your expectations.
Here is some information about our returns policy/process: Instead of the statutory right of 14 days return time, we offer a 30-day free return policy, and to cut down on unnecessary paper/materials, we’ve chosen to keep return labels and receipts digital rather than including them in every single parcel. Ultimately, only a small portion of all return labels would end up being used.
The return labels are easily accessible online by following our return process which can be found in our FAQ. The returning is also free of charge on unisportstore.fi.
We recognize this process may not suit everyone and appreciate you highlighting it

Footballers and football fans should give this store a try
Prices were good, ordering was easy and everything was packaged neatly. The site mentioned delivery in 3-5 business days, it took 6 - so not too bad but not fast either.

Arvostelusi on tullut epähuomiossa väärään osoitteeseen.
Reclamation
I bought Nike football shoes and after a while there appeared a 5 cm long crack in the bottom part of the shoe. After reclamation Unisport refunded me promptly in two days.

River Plate Track Pants 94 - Musta
