Scam. I ordered goods and get nothing. No response from shop as well after.

Bought Panini World Cup stickers from them. They are fake. Box came open and stickers quality is very low, they are grainy and the shiny ones are not actually shiny. Plus, the back of them don’t have the numbers, panini logo, nothing. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered Panini Stickers from them and received the package today. It is a fake product and the quality of the product is very bad.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen. Erst ewig keine Lieferung dann gefälschte Panini-Sticker und zehnmal die gleichen bekommen. Nie wieder!

Keine Mail-Bestätigung erhalten, auch die Ware wurde NICHT geliefert, dafür Geld abgebucht. Email-Kontaktmöglichkeit ist deaktiviert. Diese Plattform ist ein klassischer Fake-Shop. Als Geschäftsführer ist ein gewisser Herr Rostislav Rada aus Tschechien angeführt, Firmenname "Quincy", wobei es sich bei der Prager Adresse (Kaprova 42/14) offensichtlich um eine betrügerische Briefkastenfirma handelt. Selbst tschechische konsumentenschützer warnen davor!

Ze hebben neppe stickers verkocht en sommige items niet verkocht. Als ik vroeg op het terugsturen antwoorden ze niet meer. Niet bestellen!

Habe eine Stunde nach Bestellung storniert jedoch auch keine Antwort erhalten und die WM Alben wurden trotzdem geliefert aber nicht so wie es in dem sehr irreführenden und undurchsichtigen Angebot steht. Diese Firma besteht nach Recherche erst seit kurzem und "glänzt" jetzt bereits mit Unseriosität !! Finger weg !! Ich werde mein Geld auch versuchen über meine Bank zurückbekommen, denn auf ein email bzgl. Storno usw. wurde ebenfalls nicht reagiert und so lass ich diese Firma bestimmt nicht einfach davonkommen !!

They say they have items on stock and once you order and pay they send from China. 20 days now and still haven't received my order.
Information is very poor and customer service is awfull

Commande faite le 18 juin et toujours rien même pas un suivi précis.

Habe vor drei Wochen eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Ich habe noch immer keine Ware erhalten. Habe mehrmals versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, keine Antwort erhalten. Geld wurde natürlich direkt abgebucht. Hatte einen Tag nach der Bestellung storniert, keine Antwort erhalten. Werde Strafanzeige erstatten.

Ordered, no confirmation, no delivery. Full scam

I placed an order on 11/06 and, as of 30/06, I still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have also tried contacting customer support several times via email, but I have not received any response.

At this point, there has been no communication or update regarding my order. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I hope the company resolves this issue and improves its customer service and communication with buyers.
