Damaged box
Luckily, I bought a pair of football shoes and a ball, cause it could be seen how badly the box was treated since it arrived all broken. Even the football shoes box inside the bigger one was damaged. It was a pity as I would have liked to keep it.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel and the shoe box arrived in such poor condition. We completely understand your disappointment, especially if you had hoped to keep the original box.
This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We would appreciate it if you could contact our customer service team with your order number and a few photos of the damaged packaging so we can investigate the matter further with the shipping company.
We hope to hear from you soon and have the opportunity to look into this.
Kind regards,
Unisport Team

Printing service quality
The actual product, gk gloves in this case was fine, but I was disappointed for the printing service. The print I ordered was missing the country's flag and the text was slightly askew.

Easy and Fast
The only downside was that the shirt’s product page didn’t have a size guide or even a direct link to one. I found the size guide on the manufacturer’s website. Otherwise, the site is pretty straightforward.
Pros: A variety of payment options and fast shipping.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for giving us 4 stars!
We're delighted to hear that you found our website easy to use, appreciated the variety of payment options, and received your order quickly.
We also really appreciate your feedback about the size guide. We're currently working on adding size guides to our product pages to make choosing the right size easier, and your comments confirm how important this improvement is.
Thanks again for your helpful feedback. We hope your next experience with us earns that fifth star!
