Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and quick resolution
Unfortunately, the football boots we purchased developed a defect during the very first football match. The lace/eyelet area of the left boot broke, even though the boots had only been used normally on an artificial football pitch.
We contacted Unisport customer service with photos and an explanation of the issue. They handled the complaint professionally and approved it without unnecessary hassle. We received a full refund for the product.
Although we were disappointed with the quality of the football boots, we were very satisfied with how Unisport handled the situation. The process was straightforward, responsive, and fair.
Thank you to the Unisport customer service team for taking the complaint seriously and resolving it quickly.

The package came quickly and ordering was fairly easy, but 1 item of 2 ordered was wrong. Two left foot shoes and different sizes. Returning could be made easier.

My shinpads were litterally BURNED
My shinpads were litterally BURNED. The plastic was black and i got FIBERGLASS on my fingers from the shinpads. They are unusable. The outside packaging was not damages so someone packed it like that!?!?!? 0/5 experience.
