We stayed the beautiful 2 bed cottage Tangle Belle last week. Strongly recommened. Absolutely gorgeous accomodation. Very helpful host. Faultless and will return.

Amazing collection of properties- great customer service, excellent communication, and just all round lovely breaks. We got engaged in a Unique Homestays property, had our baby moon in one, and more recently spent half term at another- which our son declared ‘better than the Maldives’. Morse is a really special property and I’m sure we’ll be back. I would highly recommend booking your next stay through this site.

We have been using UHS for a decade now, for 18 holidays, and on every occasion we have stayed in great properties for fantastic family holidays. We have a favourite that we have been back to 8 times, which in itself has shown many improvements over that time (not that it actually needed any).

Firefly was a truly exceptional property in a beautifully secluded setting. The pictures, though very good, cannot accurately display the genuine charm and luxury of this place - it’s totally unique and a complete credit to the owner, designer and wonderful housekeeper Jane. I would highly recommend recommend Firefly and Unique Homestays for their exceptional service.

Just returned from a week at Heddwen, an amazing property. The views were incredible in all weathers and the cottage itself is beautifully designed and cosy. We loved it, would like to return. 3rd time using Unique Home stays and the experience has always been a pleasure with beautiful properties and excellent service to any queries.

I booked this as a surprise for my wife’s birthday, a milestone one, and the first weekend have had away without children for years. And what a treat it was!

First and foremost the company were excellent. Helpful, informative and very receptive to questions. I cannot fault the service from Unique Homestays.

Secondly the property. Wow! What an amazing, idyllic little place. Totally bespoke, built with love, care and attention to detail. I could not have asked for a more perfect few days away. We arrived to a warm and cosy atmosphere, with music playing through the Sonos, a beautiful array of food in the basket (butter, cheese and biscuits, fresh bread, milk, Fizz, and snacks), and the place immaculate. The Aga might have seemed daunting but there was an excellent Aga cookbook on the property and I had no issues with it at all, even though I had never used one.

I chose it for its privacy, its hot tub and the home comforts on offer, the cozy linen, the wet room style bathroom, and the decor: oh and don’t be put off by the slightly industrial look of the bathroom. The shower was excellent and the bath very comfortable for my wife. Possibly short if you are over 6’ though! The bed was amazingly comfortable too, and the sofa ideal for reading in front of the fire: the TV was well hidden if you don’t want to have it on view. We watched it one night and were more than happy/comfortable.

My only thought for future occupants would be more nice blankets. I took some from home and was very glad I did because it meant we could sit outside just that little bit longer as the evening quickly drew in.

Overall zero complaints or negative comments whatsoever. A wonderful little home from home.

From the honest description of the property, to the post-booking information, to arrival, this was an enjoyable experience. First impressions of the property were magical and once we stepped inside we felt at home. It was immaculate, smelled beautiful and had all the home comforts and more to ensure a luxury stay. Noteworthy experiences were the bedlinen, bathroom and wood burner - the weather was challenging but the property was welcoming. Thankyou for a beguiling stay; we hope to return!

One of the best experiences to renting a holiday property I have had. Everything from communication, the property, the cleanliness and the ambience from the custom app and the sound system. Quite magical when we first walked through the door. Unique Home Stays is now my first port of call for holidays.

Senara in Gwithian is an astounding property, we spent a week here and couldn’t have been happier. Excellent facilities, decor, appliances and toiletries. Would recommend Unique Homestays - any issues dealt with quickly and professionally and booking process smooth. Would love to return! This is the second property we have booked with this company and we remain impressed.

This venue was a dream. It was more perfect and magical than I ever could have imagined. It was luxury with so many different spaces for different experiences. It is decadent and ornate. I had the best weekend of my life at Florin, the owner and the staff who work at unique homestays - specifically Simone were fantastic. I would reccomend this company and this venue highly to anyone.

The pictures and description of the beautiful Juneberry and surrounding area were true to word. Everything was as beautiful and wonderful as described and even better given it became real life. I wanted to stay forever. The owners had put such a lot of thought into many of the details which I really appreciated and valued - the fresh posy of flowers, the bird food, the design and style of the cabin, the decor and furnishings, the pears fresh off the tree, the basket of produce, the hand soap, the meet on arrival etc and this was also reflected in the care and presentation of how Unique Homestays had presented and managed everything from start to finish. How Unique are doing what they are doing is truly unique, magical and beautiful and makes for a very lovely stay. I will definitely be back for more.

Hansa was a brilliant home to stay in and I can't sing the owner's praises enough. The cupboards were stocked with everything you could possibly need, there was fresh eggs, milk, bread and even a hamper of goodies from both sweet treats to a full on cheese board with something bubbly to wash it down with. They really thought of everything! The house itself was nice and clean when we arrived, and the atmosphere as a whole was stunning. It was the perfect honeymoon spot and we really hope to book again soon :)

We have just returned from a week in Castle on the Well with Unique Homestays. The property is exceptional, fitted out beautifully and in a stunning location. The service from Unique Homestays was friendly and professional. Would thoroughly recommend.

We've just returned from a last minute trip to The Outpost in Conwy, our first experience through Unique Homestays but certainly not to be our last.

Rebecca the owner was warm in her interactions and so personable, she really has considered all of the important little things that even we hadn't realised we might need whilst away.

You access the property via a private little bridge and then it's just you, the wood fired tub, the stars, the sound of the stream nearby and the calls of the resident tawny owl.

The inside was clean, spacious, warm and characterful. It was the relaxation we needed and it felt nothing short of majestic, to hide away at this beautiful home in it's own little woodland.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience at Limehouse Cottage through Unique Homestays. We wanted to honeymoon outside of the typical "tropical climate/Hawaii" standard here in the US. Limehouse Cottage had it all. Centrally located to take in all of what the Ring of Kerry has to offer, Limehouse Cottage is serene, beautiful, therapeutic, and romantic. The vistas are breathtaking. It was a trip and place we will never forget. We haven't stopped thinking about it or talking about it since we left. Simone at Unique Homestays was friendly, clear, and communicative. Not once did we wonder where to go, what to do, or what was expected of us. Correspondence was always timely and helpful. The photos and description of the cottage were 100% accurate, if not more impressive and beautiful in person. Thank you Catherine, and thank you Simone and Unique Homestays for helping us start our married life in the most perfect way possible. We hope to be back someday.

We stayed a week in Huckleberry, Nevern, Pembrokeshire. Great property in a perfect setting. Beautifully renovated, well equipped and very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to visit the north Pembrokeshire National Park. Very interesting and beautiful area all on your doorstep.

This is one of several breaks we have now booked with Unique Homestays and they have all been superb. The whole process is super efficient with Simone and the team and all of the properties have exceeded expectations. Tangle Belle was no different and perfect in terms of solitude , quality of accommodation and location. Perfect for the dogs as well. The owners were great and welcomed us on arrival and then left us to it for the week.

Amazing house , wonderful welcome pack , stunning outlook. Only missing kitchen utensil was a salad spinner! Otherwise we had everything we needed!
The house is both beautifully appointed and homely. Perfect for a family holiday. Would definitely rebook.
