Wilks USA pressure washer
Pressure washer has been working OK for 6 months but now it's developed a fault which I thought wouldn't be a problem as it came with a 24 month warranty but upon contacting this company I was told I would have to pay to send it back for repair which is going to cost lot of money so therefore it isn't worth sending back so beware of purchasing from this company unless you live local to them and can return it yourself

Bought a brand new pressure washer from Union Mart and it wouldn't start . We have been fighting with Union Mart to get it replaced or a refund to no avail .. after 6 months it was finally collected after 3 courier companies refused it due to it having "had" petrol in it ( we cleaned out all the fuel before it was due to be collected). It was then returned to us again after a few weeks despite us saying we didn't want the faulty washer back, with Union Mart saying it had been fixed ...the reports they provided us with stated it had " Rusty Pistons" and need the spark plugs replaced .. on a " Brand New" machine ?? . We have been fighting with Union Mart ever since .. it was again returned after the pistons & Spark plug was replaced .. and guess what .. It still won't start ! .. had enough of 9 months of fighting with them... Still no refund or working machine... we're now going to report them to Trading standards and start legal proceedings against Union Mart .. luckily we have enough documentation to prove our claim .. we will also be claiming the cost of hiring pressure washers so that we could complete booked work and lost days work when we we're unable to hire another pressure washer, together with the stress this entire situation has caused us. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY THAT SENDS OUT BROKEN, RUSTY MACHINES "AS NEW" !! . AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT "WILL" COST YOU .. BOTH FINANCIALLY AND THROUGH STRESS
....we appear not to be the only ones this has happened to on investigation.

Good tools delivered quickly.
I bought a small ROHR arc welder (SMini 120). Union Mart were/ are the cheapest and the delivery very quick.
Works remarkably well for a tiny thing and is very quiet. Used on and off all day remaking an exhaust and it seemed to have little if any affect on the electricity used. (Old one would dim the lights!)
I will use again.

Poor after sales service
I bought a Norse battery pressure washer a while ago and have used it only about a dozen times. In the first few uses the unit failed and I had to return it for repairs. Although not solving all the issues with it , it was useable so I did not return it again.
This week the battery charger blew up and on contacting them about buying a new one ( obviously no warranty left) I had a curt reply stating that all chargers are on the website with no link etc.............the only chargers there were not the same as the one for the Norse Lithium I was after. After sending 2 more messages I received no replies and so am left now with a pressure washer I cannot use.
They need to improve their after sales service and be able to offer spare parts for all they sell.
Very disappointed.

What Customer services ?
I bought a generator end of October connected it in End of November now in midle of January pull cord has worn it takes a good 30 mins of pulling to start in hope it does. We have requested help due to my sever disablement and all they have done is instruct me to take apart coils and back panels etc when I clearly have not the ability to do so. I message for help again on the 19th January and we are 3 days on with no reply. I have had friend look and they can not start it without struggling either. I was advised it was electric start as my arthritis in my whole body can not pull. But turned up.pull cord. Don't buy from here not sure how they got there stars.... friends of friends I guess. I had a responce and I took the gen back for the company to look at. They did sort the problem out. 2 weeks ago and now back to the same problem with backfire. Customer service agent ask if it is key or pull cord I did give give a 1 star based on the agents appauling attitude and I advised the management of this. Are we going to get a generator that will work more than 2 weeks ..........this date is 8th Febuary 2024

Poor experience with customer services
Sadly the unit i bought was faulty and lasted 10 seconds before it went pop. After a promising start with customer services to arrange the return and refund it took 3 further phone calls and several e-mails to actually get somewhere. I found the experience as a customer very disappointing but was glad to eventually receive my refund.

Terrible after sales service, no customer care whatsoever
item arrived badly damaged, returned promptly with my request for a replacement, no reply from seller, had to chase up and they then said they would issue a refund, never came so chased up with them again after 5 days, they then didn't reply to me but issued a refund through Amazon which then took another 4 days to get to me, fully 18 days after ordering, had explained to them i needed it desperately as i live on a boat so for battery charging and to power my diesel air heating system, existing generator had stopped working.This seller has no after sales company care whatsoever.

I can confirm we do not use a instant messaging service and we have a 24 hour response time and after looking at the correspondence we have I can see you were always replied to within the 24 hour limit apart from one occasion because of the weekend so to say you never had a reply from us is untrue.
As for the refund I would like to apologise for the length of time it took to do this I can see a mistake was made when receiving your unit back to us which caused the delay, this has been investigated and we have made sure this will not happen again.
