this is truly heartbreaking
this is truly heartbreaking. I have been an Undandy customer since they started. I have 21 pair and they are all magnificent. They're the only company that made quality shoes small enough for my size 6 feet. Reading these reviews makes me insanely sad. I currently have two pair on order (4 months and 6 months delayed). I truly do hope they right the ship~!

I should've done my research before I ordered my shoes from. I saw review on you tube and I thought give them a go. Nearly year later no shoes, no refund. And they crying about COVID. What about you guys are stealing from public. We are effected by COVID as well not only you guys. Thanks for nothing.order no. 500010265.

My first pair of shoes were great. Loved them so much I thought I'd really step it up and try a more expensive pair - Mistake!! Ordered in August 2021. Repeatedly told me about production issues, I was patient. By April, I had had enough and requested a refund instead. August 2022, no refund, no shoes.

I would like to preface this with the fact that my husband already does own shoes from this company- they were not always this terrible. Something happened within the last two years with them and now … well now we’re all here saying the same thing.
That said, Undandy has been a nightmare of a company- I; like so many on here bought shoes and some extras several months back (December 2021).
They were for my husband, for our wedding.
Yes read that again.
Meaning we’re now married (June 2022) and still no shoes.
Constant back and forth with this Gonçalo guy… if he’s even real.
Excuse after excuse.
Namely blaming the pandemic as well as Russia…
I bought a hand made wedding dress from Ukraine and it got here on time perfectly I think if anyone is going to be directly affected by Russia it would be Ukraine!
I think this company was going belly up earlier on in the pandemic and chose evil and began scamming people.
Like seriously- who has a Boxing Day sale on items that are made to order?! That doesn’t make sense and in all honesty should’ve been my tip off.
I am currently in dispute with them and thank god I used my credit card and have all my transaction history as well as correspondence with “Gançalo” saved. I hope to get my money back but after reading some of these reviews… I’m just crossing my fingers that the credit card company also wants some justice.
Scamming people during a pandemic and blaming it on the pandemic and a war… disgusting!
This company and anyone representing them should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
To see how many people they’ve affected in this racket- and still the excuses come pouring out.

Unacceptable Customer Service
I tried to order a pair of shoes last summer for my wedding. I ordered them 7 weeks prior and within the promised 4-6 week delivery window. I reached out one month later asking if they would be delivered before my wedding day and was told they wouldn’t be there on time. I never cancelled my order but the shoes never came. I was in contact with Gonçalo for several months trying to cancel my order and receive my refund (which I was told would only take about 10 days) and it never happened. This company stole $163 from me and caused me to need to find a new pair of shoes two weeks before my wedding and have them rush shipped (also not cheap).
When pressed about my pending refund and why it hadn’t been processed I was told they “fully respect your decision to escalate this matter to your payment provider.” It’s been a year, still no refund.

What happened to this company?
Ordered a pair "Lindburg" shoes in November 2021. I had previously ordered a pair of chukka boots which I was pleased with. After 6 months of excuses, I chose to cancel the order. I was promised the refund would come through in 15 days. Two months later and nothing. According to the Undandy website, my order has not even been cancelled.

I have several emails that say "Our finance team is on it". Nothing. I have no doubt I will never get my shoes or a refund. DO NOT ORDER SHOES from this company. Just light $200 on fire instead.

Don’t order from them. Lots of excuses but no shoes or refund. Thank goodness I paid with credit card and can dispute. They’re either a scam or incompetent.
RESULT: After filing a dispute with PayPal and posting this comment, the refund magically appeared a couple days later. Anyone who is still waiting on their refund should do the same.

I ordered a pair of boots at the…
I ordered a pair of boots at the beginning of November, they took my money and said they’d be ready in six weeks. I hadn’t heard anything else from them after 6 weeks, so I started contacting them. There was always some supply they were out of, or that didn’t come in, which given the state of global shipping I was willing to accept up to a point. By February I was sick of responses telling me it would be 3 more weeks and instead started pursuing a refund. I still haven’t received it. Do not give this company your money. You’ll never get your shoes or your money back.

Where is my refund ?????

I used to be a happy Customer with three completed orders. However the situation has changed! I placed my order on 24/11/2021( 7,5months ago 231 €) and after multiple delays from insanely with various justifications, I canceled the order on 17/5/2022. Since than I exchanged several Mails with the Customer Care Team being promised my refund to be processed. Yet until today I have not been refunded.
I can only advice you not to order with Undandy anymore! It seems very strange to me…..

I purchased a pair of shoes back in Sept of 2021, never received them after several attempts to obtain a status. They kept blaming supply chain issues. I finally gave up in early May of 2022 & requested a refund, they said 15 business days. It now July & no refund. The sad thing is that they actually respond to my inquires in a timely manner, but they never deliver on their statements. So I do think it's a legitimate company with horrible execution.

Great Shoes! Again!
Second pair of shoes and I am again very happy. Sneakers this time, but both these and the dress shoes I had previously bought are very comfortable and beautifully made. These were both also from the “outlet”, and so ready to ship straight away, but I’m now very encouraged to try the custom design option for my next purchase.
