The customer service number gave me instant access to a person to help with my issue. The issue was resolved in an empathetic and professional way immediately over the phone and via emails. I will now source as much of my outdoor gear from this company as any additional expense is worth the reassurance that if I have any issues I will be listened to and promptly supported.

I'm absolutely blown away by this company. I only recently started using them but I've now bought several products and they've always been fantastic with good quality products at good prices. There deliveries are always decent and free with a low basket price, they also email you to say it's been dispatched with tracking. I recently had an issue with one of the products and sent them a message. They responded almost straight away and the issue was resolved within 24 hours with zero fuss. I'll be continuing to use this company for a lot of my outdoor needs with confidence. Thanks for all your help.

**UPDATE 10/06/2026: They have now agreed to a return and refund, wish that it wasn't such a hassle to begin with as they do have a great range of products** Very poor experience. Bought a Big Agnes sleeping pad, when I received the item did a trial inflate in my living room. Seemed OK, but didn't sleep on it or anything. So a few weeks later did my first gear shakedown and spent two nights on the coast. BOTH nights I woke up with a half deflated pad! I inspected everything on the pad to ensure I hadn't damaged it, pad looks perfect so I send it in for inspection and also note that I want to return/refund/exchange for a different pad as I cannot trust the Big Agnes pads now, I usually hike 2/4 weeks at a time and I need all my gear to work perfect. Anyway they confirm receipt of the item... Then 2 days later I receive it back in the post!!! They said they can't find any issues and just send it back even though I said I would like a refund. They have failed to provide any evidence of how they tested the pad, just a 1 line email saying tested, no fault. I tried to escalate the issue and have been told that this problem is now between me and Big Agnes, they are washing their hands of it. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!! I asked for a more in depth report about how they tested the pad and nothing. They are now ignoring my emails, 4 days and no reply.

Poor customer service for missing item.
I ordered a rucksack with the 48hr tracked delivery option. This was ordered 3Oth May. Nine days later, still no delivery. Made three phonecalls to ask where it is and on each occasion told just to wait another couple of days and it will turn up with Royal Mail at some point. Company made no attempt to escalate or chase missing item for me, leaving me as the client chasing them for updates, and out of pocket for the rucksack I paid for.
All customer services say they can do is apologise, and I had to ask them to pursue it with Royal Mail and find out the whereabouts of the order. This should have been done in the first place, not after I requested it.
A reasonable resolution would instead be to send me a replacement with a reliable courier and then the company can sort out the failing in their supply chain with Royal Mail.
I chose to buy from this company as previously they have been reliable and reasonable to deal with. I won't use them in future and I will share my experiences with my walking club so other members know not to risk it.

Great company. Quick to respond when needed and were quick to resolve my issue the one time I had one. They also don’t use Evri which is a huge plus. Always look here first now.
