I ordered an alligator strap for my new IWC watch. It arrived the next day and is superb. Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong size. There was no fuss, I returned the wrong one and repurchased the correct one as I needed it quickly. That came the next day as well and they've credited the other one.

I had emails telling me of the progress of every part of my purchase and refund.

Picked up the 20mm Di Modell Chronissimo strap today (Tuesday) that I ordered on Saturday from the Post Office (I was out when they tried to deliver on Monday), the strap is now on my Seiko Solar Chrono Diver, many thanks for a great strap, at a great price with a great service.
