Good communication at time of purchasing and postage but absolutely no help whatsoever when the strap broke on the first use.

Been using this company now for a couple of years.....Next day 1st class delivery is great...classy watch straps at a great price

Excellent service , every time I have ordered from them the order has been processed within 24 hours and sent out and received by me normally within a day . The Website is extremely easy to use , payment for me was by PayPal . All ranges ,all sizes , leather types ,exotic materials and colours available . Was looking for a new strap for my Festina watch as the original needed replacing. Came across this site. Simple to use website. Found what I wanted. Ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Bargain at a little over £10 incl.postage. Looks great. Very happy customer.

The straps were excellent quality and at a very good price, delivery time was less than 24 hours via Royal Mail and Nick emailed me to confirm they had been dispatched, and also refunded any extra delivery charge as I ordered 3 straps which were delivered in one package. I would order from here as a first option in future as they have such a large selection and a great service.

What a waste of time it is trying to contact Ukwatchstraps by email as they do not bother to respond,twice I have sent emails with no reply.If they cannot be bothered to reply I will buy elsewhere.I have bought a watch strap in the past from Ukwatchstraps and was happy with the strap but they need to communicate with their customers.

I still have not been contacted by Ukwatchstraps.

Ordered a Rios strap which is great quality for the price.
The delivery was next working day.
Very pleased with the strap.
