What a scam money making machine.
On Saturday stood in the rain and cold with two little kids for over 3 hours only to be told sorry we can't see you today.
Cancel this appointment and book another.
Now the refund is 10 working days during Christmas and new year holidays and to book the other one, money is instant.
Called their customer service and what a rude bunch of people.

a legal money making scam. Shows how much greedy UK home office and its sub contract company really is.

The worst experience. After receiving a Post Letter from Home Office, advising me to visit a Post office for my biometric and after visiting 4 Post Office, they told me they don't do it anymore since the Home Office stop the contract! So, I found out you have to book appointment THROUGH Sopra Steria, which a roltal Ripp off, not only that, I tried to make a booking but useless site you can't do it. Phone them which charge 2.50 per minute plus additional charges of your network site. I had 20 pounds, after 4 minutes, she can't help me to book an appointment after explaining my situation that Home Office still got all my original documents and all I had is their letter and reference #. The phone call was cut off because obviously I don't have airtime. That cost me 20 pounds call. And now, I still don't know how to make an appointment? Is this how it works?

Very first experience with one of the British institutions I must say they were as worst as I had heard of them. I mean, being the citizen of developing country, I couldn't imagine we are still better than the crappy institutions like in UK. I applied for a family visiting visa from Finland and the committed time of returning my passport was 15 working days. Already too many days, but ok ...it's their policy (which they don't follow). Now more than one month that I am still waiting for my passport to return, and when I contact them by using their paid services (which have become a business for them to loot us) they reply in really an irresponsible way like everything is normal and just wait, you will get your passport in another 15 days. Like, seriously? They should review the document and stamp the visa and if not satisfied then simply return the passport as it's not your father's property to keep as long as you want. They think UK is the only country we need to fly to? Come on, you are the least preferred country now to fly to.

THE worst service you will ever see.. i had asked for expedited service and they wont even talk to you before you pay them
But beware of parting with your money.. .. they toldme they cannot help me and my appointment money will be fully refunded.. its been 80 days and many many so called "Escalations!!!" and I am still waiting.. NO sign of agents or money and you cannot even reach them as they are always busy.. yea sure avoiding irrate customers i am sure..

I have never seen such a phony agency that charges you about $2 per minute for a call when you need their advice on how to deal with bugs on their website: well, you make a phone call to hear an operator who responds to you in a slow-motion mode – by pronouncing just a handful of words a minute(you can't make it out!!) and begins the conversation by saying that now he/she will read a two-minute-long document explaining how this conversation will be conducted! Please close this sham of customer service.

Total rip off! Paid £100 for the service, was placed yo wait stainding in an overcrowded place, where there weren't enough seat for everyone. The whole place is very disorganised, you come on time but still have to wait in the queue because there are 20 other people booked for the same time! You do the check in and then placed to the back of the queue to do the biometrics, and after tgat again at the end of the queue to "complete" the appointment which is totally unnecassary! The whole process took over an hour! The staff was rude to the custimers, very unprofessional and they also argued with each other in front of the customers when one told the other off for not doing the things right. Absolutely disgusted with such service!

Absolutely rubbish site, how they are operating with such poor service is beyond me. £2.50 charge per minute to speak to their team for pointing out their own failures to keep the systems and processes together.

Total rip off they are stealing money website so creapy that if forces you to buy premium services

Extremely bad service! Very disorganised organisation and people that work there don’t even understand their job plus don’t event speak fluent English! It’s a shame that I didn’t read the reviews before, now I wasted so much money and time! Very disappointed, never again!

These are only money making sites no helpful .I already paid £2689 for apply british citizenship and still no appointments for Biomatric and need to pay £400 for each person and no getting appointments ,

I'm trying to get appointment but no available from more than one week if you go directly at that point the staff is free and Bla bla but don't event to do their jobs

My wife and I applied for a Visitor Visa so that we can visit UK for Thanks giving(Last week of November). We both had each of our references on each others application. They approved her visa from Nov 20,2019 for 6 months. For me, my starting date is Dec 20, 2019. This clearly sounds like a human error. Both our application states our travel date starts from Nov 27, 2019. Now if I have to contact them, I have to pay PER Minute? If you have charge $100 per application fee and you have history of making stupid mistakes on every application you process, just have a basic free customer service, before you start charging based on service requested by the customer.

This place is very disorganised! The staff don't know what they are doing! Our appointment was at noon, waited until 6 pm and we were told we have to go home as they were behind with the appointments. It was the most frustrating day for us.

I have to pay 1.37 pounds a minute for a call? why? that's extortion. I had to do this twice to get delegating jerks on the other end that do nothing.
I have to pay 5 pounds for a damn email? that's extortion.
I have not received a refund on my health surcharge after way way more than 28 days, have to pay interest on all these credit card balances. I've lost hundreds in calls, emails, interest on my credit card balance, and the stress!
OMG what a nightmare this is.

Due to bug on VFS website - I wasn't able to send my visa documents. It was taking weeks (literally) for VFS to reply on every email. After 3 months, when all my travel plans were ruined, they finally replied that I should go to UKVI for refund.
And you know what? After you've passed your biometric appointment - you are not eligible for refund.
And yes - you will need to pay them to reach them over email
Total scam.

Worse service - worse process - got charged 50 bucks for a phone call. Wanted to cancel my visitor visa application but was told I had to wait another 10 days.

Spent 10 bucks on an email - and before I even got my question answered it was marked ‘resolved’ by the contact centre person.

Also call centre is in India. Fml.

Worst experience ever. Everything is outsourced. Charge ridiculous fees and are impossible to get hold of. Charged me 5 pound to contact them as outside UK and then I got an auto reply telling me to contact another team with a link. Click on the link and it takes you to the same contact page I used in the first place. 0 stars

Parents were refused visa to attend my graduation in a weeks time. Totally unbelievable ! The form was properly filled online and they were asked not to pay for the visa, they confirmed this at the office and the staff insisted they need not make any payment due to their passport type.
3 weeks later they were denied the visa because they did not pay the visa fee???!!! They were clearly asked not to pay despite them insisting on it.
Two years ago when dad invested thousands of pounds for me to come study there was no visa issue, now he cannot come spend a week to celebrate with me, over £95 visa application fee?
I called today to see if any payment or rectification can be made over the matter as their passports are still within the UK and I was told It can’t.
Please, I will need more clarification as to why my parents visas were declined, when their documents were complete and they followed every instruction given.

Awful service

Worst experience ever. My visit visa was refused twice such a ripoff. I am a permanent resident of Australia and my visa was refused because immigration officer thought I would never come back and I am going to live and work in UK. Who the hell would go on a visit visa to UK to live and work while you're living in Australia.
