Everything that came with my ukelele was put together with passion and care right down to the socks with ukeleles on them and even a bookmark! My ukelele is so beautiful, I get comments from people about the quality of the sound which is amazing because I'm a complete beginner, I love the case it came with, tuner, book, chord chart and stickers, everything! You will not be disappointed if you buy from these guys.

paid for a product a week ago. impossible to have person to person contact with your chosen courier. they delivery unannounced and without arrangement, so therefore i am not there to receive the delivery. very frustrating, time wasting and poor service.

I ordered a spalted maple tenor uke for my husband's retirement present. It arrived incredibly quickly with the marvellous extras pack. It is such a lovely instrument, The bonus pack was missing the uke book, chord chart and fretboard stickers. I got in touch with the guys at Uke Mate and the book etc arrived quickly.
