Be aware. Do not use
Very unprofessional. I paid for a very basic surveillance of a parked vehicle that was being repeatedly vandalized.
During the period of the surveillance, the car was indeed vandalized. The PI did not report or record anything. When challenged I was informed that this must have happened outside of the surveillance window.
I have clear evidence that this isn't the case, but was accused of potentially fabricating this evidence, for what reason I would do this I'm totally unsure.
Leading up to the failed surveillance, communication was generally very poor with no structured reporting or information provided. I hoped that despite this the surveillance work would at least have been carried out, but clearly this wasn't the case.
It's deeply disappointing that if I had chosen a reputable company I now would have caught the perpetrator and my issues would have been over.
Hopefully someone else can learn from my mistake

Thank you for your review.
As you are well aware, our operative was in situ for three occasions on dates and times as requested by you. We have advise you that your vehicle was not damaged during any of theose times and have provided you with evidence to that effect.
This morning you claimed that your vehicle had been damaged while our operative was in situ. However, when we requested some proof of this, you merely sent images of a red vehicle, showing very minor damage. There were no time or date stamps and no reference to your registration number. We stated that these images may have been taken on a previous occasion and once again requested date and time images. These were not forthcoming.
Your review is somewhat defamatory as it is not based on actual fact.
Our operative has supplied a sworn Affidavit to the effect that they were in situ this morning until the end time as specified by you. We also have sworn Affidavits to confirm the two other surveillance dates and times.
We can only assume that, if any damage was indeed done this morning, it happened once the operative had left the task. We had offered to adjust the timings of any further surveillance, so that the potential time that any alleged damage was done this morning, would be covered.
However, based on our own additional investigations into this matter and discussions with the relevant parties, we have now refused to take any further instructions from you.
We are sorry that we were unable to catch anyone potentially damaging your car and wish you well for the future.

Do not use this company unless you want to give your money away.
The company said they would do the following copied from their quote .
they only sent me back the address that i gave them from the electoral register which everyone has access to and is only updated once a year so is often out of date.
£120 for nothing no wonder they make you pay first before returning the information that you gave them.

As you can see, the additional (free items) are only provided where available - we do not know what is available with an address until we have traced said address. On this occasion, as per our report, NO further details were available. Except for the additional details, we DID supply.
Furthermore, the electoral roll does not provide FULL dates of birth and details such as the fact that the individual has just renewed their insurances at the traced address.
You asked us to confirm whether the traced person was alive or deceased, and we duly did so, providing you with additional FREE information. I really am not sure how much more we could have provided you with, for the fee quoted and within the quote agreed by you.
Your post is defamatory in the respect that it misrepresents the service you have received from us (the precise service to which you agreed, before we agreed to take your case).
