Great customer service!
We received our order quickly and was really pleased. We noticed after a couple of days that the item was damaged. Contacted UK POS and they solved our issue efficiently and provided a replacement. We liaised with Laura Hodder (Customer Service Advisor) and she was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Please do not order from this company. Diabolical customer service, I paid over £12 for next day delivery. When I received the item it was broken. I spoke to their manager Steve requesting for a full refund and delivery charge and he refused. I paid for next day delivery because I needed the item for a event on Saturday. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never use them again. AVOID, AVOID...
This company cons you into ordering…
This company cons you into ordering extra to get next day delivery, ordered 5 days ago and still not received order. Customer services not interested and I doubt we will get the order. i have several companies and will not be ordering anything else and I will advise all friends and customers to avoid like the plague.

Customer Service refund overruled by…
Customer Service refund overruled by poor management.
We ordered several banner form this company for an events. When placing the order we checked directly with them to see if the banners would be delivered in time for the event as the timelines were tight. They agreed that it was possible so we placed the order.
The day before the event we had to call the Customer Service Department 4 times in order to get and update from the courier only to be told that the delivery had been "rerouted". At this point Customer Service agreed that they would refund the order as it missed the delivery date.
The banners were ordered on the 1 Sept, dispatched on the 7 Sept on a 2-3 delivery. First delivery was attempted on the 14 Sept.
The reason behind not issuing a refund..... full printing times and delivery times need to be taken into consideration, therefore they have 13 working days (10 days printing + 3 days delivery) to complete the order regardless of the delivery option you select.
In short.... if you need your items at short notice make sure you allow the full manufacturing and delivery time as the company will use this as a defence against any refund for missing a delivery date, even if you speak to them about first!

Broken Sneeze Guards
Ordered 4 x Premium Sneeze guards from UKPOS.
Didn't have a chance to check the delivery off after it arrived, but it had been
stored safely in my office until we needed them. On inspection 1 side panel had the base snapped off and 2 more had cracks in the same place. Which wasn't surprising looking at how minimal the protective packaging for 4 units was.
For £129.76 + VAT per unit I expected a more durable product. On contacting customer service was offered a £10 voucher as I did not inspect them on day of delivery. This is less than 2% of the orders value, very disappointing.

Dishonest!
Ordered two A0 acrylic poster holders. Paid £12 for next day delivery. The day they were due, I get an email to say they are out of stock, but no mention of estimated delivery. Checked their website and they were still showing as in stock. When I called, was told they wouldn’t be in until the end of August (it’s June)??? Asked for a refund which I had to speak to accounts about and when I mentioned that they were still available to order on their website I was told that was nothing they could do about it, but how can they still be taking people’s money and letting them pay for next day delivery. How is that legal?

great customer care team
Initially i had a problem with some COVID screens being a bit flimsy and bending. I contacted the customer care team who were happy to help. I send them a photo of the faulty screens and within a couple of hours they had arranged a new set to be made up. I am also pleased that they had taken in to account the slight design flaw and had added reinforcement strips to the new screens. Cant fault them at all.
with reference to some of the comments on here, allot of the stuff is made to order such as these screens, we had paid extra for the fastest delivery service but understood that there was a back log of orders to get made. we waited 3 days from order to delivery so I am happy with this.

Poor delivery
Placed my order on the 27th May for a sneeze guard on an economy delivery of 3-5 days so my delivery date unconfirmed should've been 01/06 - 03/06. called them on the friday 5th and they apologised and said they will upgrade to next day delivery to arrive on Mon 8th. rang again on Monday and they said it had only been upgraded today to be delivered on Tuesday which is too late now.
It'll be 13 days IF it gets delivered tomorrow.
