I shopped around as I needed a new gaming PC and was very keen to get a custom water cooled PC, not just an AIO. Shopping around and I found many pre-built that just didn't meet my requirements.

I came across UK Gaming Computers website and it was very easy to find the 'base' build, under Watercooled PC's menu option. I was then able to customise the 'base' to my requirements, selecting upgrade options etc. I even called them up to ask some questions.

Throughout the process, UKGC were professional and communicative at all stages of the ordering, build, testing and shipping process. I knew exactly what was going on, and due to UKGC managing expectations well, I knew when I was next going to receive an updated. UKGC even proactively contacted me to swap out some components to give an improved aesthetic look to my gaming rig.

When the machine arrived I was super-excited and couldn't wait to un-box. Included in the packaging were some very good instructions, including how to place the warranty sticker.

The new gaming machine is everything I wanted and looks fantastic. The water cooling loop with the solid fluid looks great in red. Complemented with white LED's in a white case.

The RTX4090 has taken every game I've thrown at it, in its stride.

Overall, completely satisfied with my Kraken watercooled gaming computer.

I bought a gaming computer for my son back at beginning of 2021 and it has been very well used by him. The quality of the computer has been great and the aftersales have been brilliant offering support when we need it. The computer has performed well over this time. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a gaming pc recently. The entire process was very easy, from selecting a suitable pc to ordering to receiving it and setting it up. I was able to track progress of my order via my online account, and received a call to confirm I would be at home for my allocated delivery slot. Setting up the pc was very straightforward, and there were comprehensive instructions if required. The PC arrived with secure packaging and in pristine condition.

Ordered new machine...arrived next day & worked straight out the box. can't ask for any more than that.

Huge shoutout to Kyle and Kain! Replaced a faulty mobo and gave me the best options for my PC. Kain helped sort out the drivers and the windows software along with my RGB.

Needed a couple of CAD spec PC's for work, the software suites we use need the PC's to be very good allrounders without breaking the bank. The guys at UK gaming computers helped spec the PC's without breaking the bank. They're working great. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a custom PC

Had some trepidation before actually placing my online order for my new gaming PC, however having read previous reviews and customer testimonials I was pretty confident I'd selected the best retailer in UK Gaming Computers, and so it proved.
It perhaps took slightly longer than I'd envisaged from order-to-delivery although my own impatience was probably a factor!. Machine - Hermes - I7 Gaming PC - runs like a dream and is everything I wanted. Keep up the good work UK Gaming Computers

PC arrived safe and sound and was up and running that evening! My son is super pleased. It looks amazing (the water cooling system looks awesome), is so quiet and runs everything incredibly fast. Thank you for building a great piece of kit for us. Communication was great, particularly regarding sourcing some of the more tricky parts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UK Gaming Computers to anyone.

On the surface they look very professional sadly this was not my experience with this company.
I ordered a next day pre built computer and used PayPal but later on changed my mind. I emailed the company and received no reply so I called and was told they had the cancellation request and were dealing with it, this was at 9am. 11:30am still no refund so phoned again, was told their billing department was not in until 1pm and it would be refunded not long after.
2pm, you guessed it, no refund. Called again was told they would email the billing department as urgent (you can’t talk to them then?!). 3:30pm, sighs, so again I’m on the phone and the story changes. Now they say they need the boss to authenticate the refund but apparently he’s gone awol and they can’t contact him. 5pm I’ve pretty much had it by this point! Fortunately I paid via PayPal so I open a dispute. Still nothing from the company not even an email.
8:30pm thank you PayPal who refunded my money!
9pm email received from company saying order cancelled.
To me the £2000 for this order was a huge amount of money and I’m not doubting their computers are fine but be sure you want what you purchase as getting the money back is a long and painful process. I’m not sure how long it would have taken them to refund me but believe it should have been done immediately. Who can’t get hold of the boss to issue a refund and what happened to the so called billing department?!
I also need to point something else out. If you order a custom machine PLEASE read the company terms and conditions. Head right to section 7 ‘your right of cancellation’. Hidden in here you’ll see the extortionate fees you will be charged for cancellation from the very minute you place the order so you best be 100% sure it’s what you want. This doesn’t apply to pre built machines only custom ones and you won’t get a warning at the check out. I feel this only confirms my thoughts on the company, I would say shady at best. I’ll head elsewhere for my computer needs next time!

Amazing value and customer service as well as delivery speed and time they took to make. Warranty of 6 years is better than any other company.

As a complete novice in trying to understand the infrastructure required to set up a Gaming PC for my Son I visited UK Gaming Computers.

The experience was abslolutely brilliant from start to finish. We explained in layman’s terms what we wanted to achieve and received first class advice which made the purchasing process really simple.

The inter-active purchasing guide which is PC based and on a large screen helped our understanding of what was required and enabled us to make decisions on a very complicated buying process (for novices!)

The whole experience with UK Gaming is top notch. they are a dedicated experienced team that cater for all PC gamer's novice to pro. You can choose a build and customize a whole variety of parts and components. The specs and products are high quality and the team offer great support and communication. I will happily continue to use UKG and already looking at another purchase.

These guys are really good, they will give you good honest advice and are extremely approachable. It's great talking to people who know what they are talking about as opposed to some call centre. I'm extremely happy with my build. A near silent gaming PC. Their prices are very competitive.

The service was great, the staff were friendly and supportive and above all else my build arrived in mint condition out of the box and has been performing exceptionally.

The prices are also very fair for pre-built rigs. I definitely recommend UKGC and plan to use them again when I need another upgrade!

The job started with a query which Kain very kindly walked us through how the process would work and the expectations for the jobs. Being quite flexible and providing a number of good options, our client was very happy with the build and service. I could not think of better service provided especially as it was a Christmas gift for our client's daughter.

This is the second time i've bought a PC from UKGAMINGCOMPUTER and the experience was great.

When building out the PC online the website is intuitive and does a great job keeping all the build fully compatible. They also are quick to update stock when there are new major releases.

The build-time was inside the specified timeframe , even with current supply chain issues, and I was kept up-to-date throughout.

I had some issues with delivery from their courier but the service in getting everything restored and to me (alongside with some complimentary pieces added) was superb. Couldn't ask for anything more here.

I recently purchased a gaming PC from UK gaming computers after a recommendation from my friend. As this was my first venture into gaming PCs and I had very limited knowledge on them it seemed like a really big step up and I wanted to make sure I wasn't out of my depth.
I decided to message via the ukgamingcomputers website asking for recommendations that were inline with my budget and requirements. The same day I received a message back had bee. suggested a p.c, upgrade recommendations and monitor all within my budget.
Service was quick and friendly, I even had my PC case (which looks great) upgraded at no extra cost.

I finally decided to splash out on a gaming computer as my last PC couldn't handle modern games without overheating. Next day well packed delivery with excellent build and parts. Very happy with speed and graphics quality. I did make the mistake of not checking computer had Bluetooth, but was a small problem and easily sorted with a dongle. Would definitely recommend.
