I initially had high hopes for this PC — the build quality at first looked great and the system performed well. Unfortunately, everything fell apart once I needed support.

After the water-cooling system leaked coolant onto the graphics card and ruined it — a failure that shouldn’t happen in the first place — I sent the PC back for repair. That’s when the real frustration started. Communication was awful, updates were rare or unclear, and they ended up holding my computer for nearly THREE MONTHS to replace a graphics card and the water coolant block.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of empathy from customer service. Despite the issue clearly stemming from the build itself, I was told the damage wasn’t covered because the PC was 1 & 1/2 years old and outside the 1-year parts warranty. No flexibility, no ownership of the problem, and no concern for how long they had my system.

Overall, the initial build impressed me — but the customer service was genuinely terrible. The build fell apart after 1 & 1/2 years. Great company IF nothing goes wrong with your system. If I had known my experience would have been this bad with the company after the initial build. I would've gone somewhere else.

The guys at UKGC really know there stuff and are very polite and helpful. You get to meet the owners if you visit the premises and not just 'a member of staff'.

I recently purchased the Cerberus Extreme PC from UK Gaming Computers and received it last Tuesday. The PC itself is fantastic, it looks great, runs smoothly, and performs brilliantly in everything I’ve thrown at it so far. The build quality is solid, and it handles demanding software like Autodesk Fusion with ease (though I do notice a slight buzzing noise from the case when moving my mouse, but it’s likely nothing serious).

However, my experience with customer service and communication was disappointing. The turnaround time took the full 10 working days, which is fair, but I was told I’d receive regular updates throughout the process, in reality, I only got two emails: one confirming that parts were allocated and another saying the system had shipped. When I called at the start of week two to see if I could upgrade to priority build so I’d have it ready for the weekend, I was advised it wasn’t necessary but it ended up being delayed and shipped the following Monday.

Another point that really should be made clearer is that if you pay via PayPal or finance, you cannot collect your PC in person. I live only about 10 minutes from the store, so it felt unnecessary to have it shipped instead of just picking it up myself.

Finally, a major disappointment was the RTX Borderlands 4 bundle. A week after receiving my PC, I still haven’t received my game code. When I asked, I was told it could take up to two weeks to arrive by email, which is frustrating. I specifically chose that bundle for Borderlands 4, and I’ve since ended up buying my own copy as I’ve lost faith that I’ll ever receive the one that was promised.

Overall, the PC itself is fantastic, but the lack of communication, delays, unclear policies, and missing game reward really let the experience down. If UK Gaming Computers improved their customer communication and followed through on promotions, they’d easily be a 5-star company.

Ethan is alwasy happy to help transport the computer from the car to the counter, happy to answer the 1000 random questions I have about the computer and the various components and always provides lovely customer service with superb knowledge. He custom built the computer, and had continuously upgraded it and fixed it when required. He has immense knowledge of the PC and its components.

I recently purchased a high-end computer from UKGC and I’m extremely impressed. The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. The computer itself is outstanding: beautifully built, fast, and reliable. Definitely worth the investment, and I highly recommend UKGC for both their products and service.

I have been using UKGaming PC's for nearly 20 years and never had any problems. The PC's are always wonderful bits of kits which you can amend/upgrade at the point of order. They are delivered on time and the team are always helpful when making enquiries. The after sales are also great, being able to bring an old PC up to date by speaking to the team is always an option. I couldn't recommend UKGaming PC' enough.

Prompt delivery of pre built PC. Tracking with DPD worked well. PC was incredibly well packed & easy to setup. 6 year warranty with purchase. Very happy.

UKGC were a great company to deal with. I was actually quite a difficult customer for them - I was on a big learning curve about gaming machines in general and kept changing my mind about the components I wanted. In spite of this, Ethan at UKGC consistently provided excellent advice throughout and guided me to a top quality specification which I am 100% sure is perfect for my requirements. His attention to detail and knowledge were second to none (e.g. PCIe compatibility, cooling, testing, general software advice) and he remained incredibly patient with me throughout! The build was delivered in good time with regular communications about the process and I was impressed by the pride Ethan obviously had in his work e.g. behind the back panel of the machine (somewhere not many will look) you will find immaculate cabling. I very much doubt you would end up with a machine of this quality from one of the larger custom PC builders. Thoroughly recommend UKGC - a first class company.

lovely pc, annoyingly i had to install my own wifi card drivers even though i ordered a wifi card. there was no instructions on how to do it. apart from that there was a sticker on the mobo, it said that the pc didnt have an igpu though it did. I get the point of this sticker as it makes you need to go plug in your cable to the gpu. Thanks for my pc

The options to alter any build were clear and explained with no fuss. I was able to select a next-day deliver pre built computer with almost exactly what I needed. The deliver was on time, the packaging was excellent with multiple layers of high quality packaging to protect the PC. The welcome kit included with the PC was clear and easy to follow and the machine runs fantastically, easily exceeding my expectations for the price. I appreciated their willingness to work with me supplying my own parts and their flexibility as I changed my mind on components. Kain's expertise was invaluable, especially with his recommendations for the PSU.

Their assistance in helping me secure a hard-to-find GPU was also a huge plus. I had been waiting in a queue for months, and UK Gaming Computers was able to source the GPU for me much sooner.  

I was also very grateful that they accommodated my request for a same-day build, allowing me to drive to their shop and have the system upgraded without the worries of shipping. I am very satisfied with the finished build, and I highly recommend UK Gaming Computers for anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused PC upgrade service.

Bought a PC from UK Gaming Computers, unfortunately ran into an issue with the graphics card about a month after purchase. However, the guys from UKGC have been extremely helpful and responsive with helping me diagnose and troubleshoot over the phone/email and eventually sending over a replacement card when nothing worked.

Loving my new desktop PC. Price was best available on the internet. Communication was great too so thanks to everyone at UK Gaming Computers - will definitely use them again the the future!

This is my second pc from these. Like many reviews mentioned before, service, communication and the ease from start to finish is 10/10. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a custom built pc - been gaming for 25+ yrs and I can’t fault them.

From order to delivery,kept up to date at each stage of build by e mail. Love the computer,not an avid gamer but FSX runs well on this machine at high settings, couldn't be more pleased. Nice tidy build with room for upgrades if required.Highly recommend UK Gaming Computers.

Lots of options for setting out your own build, well put together and runs really well, nice to have a more up to date system again after many years of 'it'll do'.
