Odpowiedź od UK Fridge Filters
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear you are having problems fitting the cartridge.
Please be advised that the filter you have received is a Samsung Original cartridge. The F and the G version cartridges should fit in the same way. However, if you have not been able to fit the cartridge, we would suggest re-setting the keyway.
To do this, please insert your old cartridge, twist the cartridge to remove it but instead of letting it drop out, keep the pressure upwards and twist the cartridge as far as it will go.
This will return the fitting mechanism to fully open. This should then allow you to fit the new cartridge. If this does not work, please let us know on 01507 608 100.
