Rapid delivery
The filters were delivered in record time. We have only just put in a new filter from another source, so the two we ordered were reserves. We cannot therefore comment on the quality of the product since these have not been put into use yet. We anticipate that the quality of the water will be great.

Incorrect Stock Level
I really dislike it when a company’s web site states that an item is in stock so you order it; only to be sent an e-mail shortly after stating that the item is, in fact, out of stock!
To be fair the e-mail did offer a lesser alternative, a chance to wait for stock (almost a month away) or a full refund; and the full refund (which I chose) was completed reasonably quickly.
I just don't like the hassle of shopping this way; I still find it amazing that after all these years of internet e-commerce firms still are unable to display a correct level of stock on their web sites!
