Excellent Service

Received goods within two days, everything there. Had a technical question which was explained about floor insulation and membrane all explained with one short conversation.

U Heat staff are very helpful with their advice on the correct products required. The products are excellent as is the delivery service.

Replacement Thermostat Underfloor Heating System

After initially ordering the incorrect thermostat, I spoke with a member of Uheat technical team who assisted in identifying the thermostat required to work in conjunction with the underfloor heating system installed, taking back the incorrect thermostats. Service was throughout was excellent.
