The DBS checks are done well. The customer support for people administering the checks is far too reliant on AI robot information helpline and it takes ages and ages and ages before the robot finally gives up and allows a human being to take over. A simple 5 minute phone call with James solved my problem after 30 minutes of chatbot unhelpfulness. Well done James. Ucheck - use humans instead of robots!
