We had a query regarding the level of a check. It wasn't straight forward but with the help and right questions from Jean, the correct level was applied and the check can now be completed.

My question was answered swiftly and fully and the reasons for the answer were clearly explained by Lisa.

That is not to say that the account access process has ever been seamless.
On our last occasion 2 years ago the process was awkward for both a colleague and I too.
On my latest occasion, the system simply refused to issue multiple log in invitations, and failed to issue multiple password reset emails when requested for a registered account.
This, after temporarily deactivating all MS Outlook message rules in case an overzealous rule was blocking.

uCheck.. maybe you should examine why your automated invitation system emails are possibly clashing with Outlook's message handling?
