Same day service on an admin issue. UCheck are in a highly regulated area so everything is a bit more detailed. Good firm, good prices, make a difficult but legally necessary job easy.

Communication

We have a new member of staff who didn't have some of the ID information and we needed to complete a paper version of the DBS - mainly due to her change of name by deed poll and age.
Sharna has been amazing at sorting this out for us, with quick and professional dialogue keeping me up to date at all time. Thank you Sharna, great service.

Great Service

Service received from Nick was top notch! He was quick to help, knowledgeable and friendly. My issue couldn't be resolved easily as there was some system functionality lacking, but an alternative route was offered. Not Nick's fault so I am keeping 5 stars, but might be worth looking into this to avoid in future.... Number of characters should match what is allowed on ID documents.....
