I LOVE Twinkles!!

I LOVE Twinkles!!! Especially the diamond and the way it catches the light and when people think they caught a glimpse of something sparkly on your teeth. When they ask to see my tooth I get to explain the process to them!

I've purchased items on this website…

I've purchased items on this website twice and I'd highly recommend it. For this price the twinkles are very high quality and with correct application last very long (I'm changing to a different color and size but I had mine for almost a year and they're still like new). Dispatch and delivery is fast too.

I bought a twinkle from this site last…

I bought a twinkle from this site last year and it only lasted one year (another one I've had from another place lasted for 8 years), but I was still happy with it. The service was good and the payment went smooth. This year though when I bought a new twinkle it was horrible. I got my product (I haven't used it yet) but the treatment I got from the staff was inappropriate and unprofessional. The payment also wasn't that good. I payed immediately byt also got a bill to my house. When I contacted them they were aggressive and unprofessional and refused to apologize and admit they were the one who did wrong. DON'T support this family company, they shouldn't have license to have a company. Don't buy from this site, you will only be disappointed.

Hi, the time the gem will stay on your tooth is dependent on how it is bonded. Unfortunatly, since this is done by a 3rd party we have no control of this. We recommend our customers to ask for the dentist or service provider for a guarantee of the bonding.
In our Swedish shop we use Klarna as payment gate. Klarna offers several different means of payment, direkt, invoice etc. As merchant we are not informed which form you decide to use. If you use direkt debit we still produce an invoice. As you state in your mail you have proof of payment in your Klarna app. I am sorry you were upset that we add the invoice in your package. I explained to you the reason, and I do apologize for the inconvenience it caused.

Dear Dr Smith,
sorry to hear you felt you did not get the service expected. We have thou responded to the 2 emails you sent. The shipment that normally takes 2 weeks can be delayed due to postal service and customs overload. Most of the time it will arrive with delay. As explained to you we reship with tracking when the delay exceeds 3 weeks and we can consider the parcel lost. We have done so today.
If you prefer a trackable and faster shipment we offer this at an additional cost.

we are upset by the lousy service of UPS who are holding our shipment and not answering our phone calls or emails. I apologise for our lack of information to you, a misunderstanding in our organisation. we expect the good to be released shortly and I will give UPS a burning red -1 star.

ye, they’re legit. highly recommend

Shipping only took 2 weeks to the USA which was faster than expected. The products are exactly as advertised and look so nice on my teeth! Will definitely order again.

Please fix your delivery tracking service!

Surprisingly fast shipping and replies within 24 hours as promised. The only problem is their delivery tracking service is terrible. I never knew when my package was going to arrive. Other than that I'm happy with the overall result of the jewellery. I will definitely order here again but please fix your tracking service!!
