TSN Recenzje

Servers can’t stream any live sports which is sad for “Canada’s Sports Leader”.

This app sucks! They should have paid us to get it! It froze constantly and we had to keep on restoring our subscription to watch. So you pay $59.99 for a 3 month subscription for what???! Everyone should get their money back for the aggravation of this app!

Very poor service and had to
Restart the app Multiple times. Canceled it right away as it is useless -
Don’t buy!

Zero stars if I could. Completely unreliable during live games. The app is slow, buggy, and clearly wasnt ready for the traffic. Fans deserve much better than this. Absolutely garbage just like the mobile division. I tried to watch Canada's match, but the experience was beyond frustrating. Its unbelievable that a platform with the rights to FIFA cant deliver a stable streaming experience. Winning the broadcasting rights means nothing if you cant provide a service people can actually use. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely useless...the sound was not in synch with the video during the FiFA games. Tried to get online support and was asked to give my visa number for a refundable $1 fee before tech support would contact me....ridiculous!

Day 1 - app up and running and already I have lost several minutes due to buffering issues.
Day 2 - June 25 th, and the TSN app is not working. I can open the app but all the links are unresponsive. Not worth the frustration if this keeps up.
Day 3 - app working well at the start up today.
Day 4 - app working properly for World Cup Soccer today.

As a Nascar fan in Canada TSN is the worst for coverage,
most times racing is on TSN+ and the coverage end early and i miss the finish. Complaining to TSN is the worst because TSN always blames the customers and never takes responsability for there mistakes. Thats Bell Media for ya.

They lie about what's on their subscription service, then they deny any refunds. Do not give this company any money, please find other ways to find what you want to watch. This company will scam you if they can

The play by play commentator at the World Cup is extremely annoying constant non stop ancient fact telling re the players and their careers. No one cares I implore you to change the commentator

Unreliable

Your highlights are a joke! For example, in the France vs Senegal and England vs Croatia games you don't show Bacula's goal, or Rasford's goal! What is this? Please fix this, we are paying for this!

If you're going to have a recently ended section, we can assume that's for people who can't catch the game live, DON'T LIST THE FINAL SCORE UNDER THE REPLAY?? It kind of RUINS THE WHOLE POINT OF WATCHING THE GAME

The soccer commentators are very Eurocentric. They need to hire experts from all continents.

The quality is not always great as there are cuts and frozen images.

The main soccer commentators, including the two who are covering the Canadian men’s national team, talk way too much. When watching soccer on TV it is OK if there’s a pause in the commentary - the game of soccer lends itself to this. The good commentators in England who cover the Premier league do this. These TSN commentators talk nonstop. It’s amazing they are able to pause and take a breath.

I have 2 subscription with them, 1st crave which says you xan watch fifa but can only eatch some games.. I won 2 months free for tsn+ says you can watch fifa. Fifa cones cannot watch doenst include because it was a promotion. Spent 3 hours and 17 minutes on hokd. To be told I have to cancel tsn + with no refund or honor of plan and then pay 59.99 in order to get what I already had and the 5 free channels to watch Fifa. Make this make sense canceled everything that can pound salt.

At this point it's better to find any other service. Their fees are way too high and the cheapest subscription offers nothing, they also don't accept refunds and make it nearly impossible to try and even contact customer support. Now I see why people put so much effort into pirating because services like this ruin sports for people.

I paid for a month of TSN has been unable to sign in spent countless hours with representatives and the Philippines and they refused to refund me and I can’t sign in. They just keep my money and I’m out od luck.

I am very frustrated with TSN and the way there interface performs! It is very clunky and I hate the the ads. I stop again went back and had to listen to eight ads in total before I could get back to the game. You think that they would treat their customers with their little more respect and improve their products. The same goes for crave and why I do not purchase it and will not purchase it in the future. I hope that people will make the powers that be stand up and pay attention!

Had me on hold all day. No help. I can't believe this is the company that has a monopoly on Canadian Sports streaming. Definition of for profit and not for fans.

TSN asks for a premium rate to subscribe ($29.99/month). Yet you get bombarded with commercials. It's model is based on watching events live, not on demand. This means that for events such as F1 races you are forced to get up at night as on demand replays are not guaranteed. Replays are also rarely in HD.
I will renew my subscription for the duration of the FIFA 2026 World Cup as there are no alternatives in Canada, yet. After that it'll be good riddance, hopefully forever.
