If there were an option to leave a negative review, I would. I subscribed for only one month, but the subscription automatically renewed without making it clear enough. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they simply pointed me to their terms and conditions instead of trying to help. It felt like they cared more about keeping my money than providing good customer service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this.

I don't pay a subscription for these channels but view via a Telus theme pack. Just have the theme pack is not inspiration to take out a subscription.

Two sports matches this weekend were pre-emptied and failed to appear. We watch as much AFL as we can, the Friday match appeared very late due to the Tennis but they had other channels they could move it to, the other channels were showing announcers talking trash. The match today, Sunday, just failed to appear despite being on their schedule - it was on Telus schedule at 10am and the TSN schedule at 2pm, it never broadcast at either times.

I am tempted to drop the TSN theme pack and just tack out a subscription to AFL.

I know all their shows are "subject to change" but often they don't have the courtesy of letting people know. I guess they care more about their advertising earnings than the people who watch the shows.

TSN continues to bill you after you've cancelled. When you call to fix the problem, they keep you on hold for an hour and dont fix anything.

Next step will be reporting them to the fraud department on my visa.

Absolute dog turd streaming. Buffering and stopping often every 15-30sec. Stellar job ruining the beautiful game. Would expect the T to stand for Trump Sports Network given this flaming pile of garbage.

Same thing EVERY weekend! I click on the NASCAR race & get a stupid golf game or tennis!!! TSN dosen't give a sh*t about it's customers!!! It's so annoying I hate TSN so much & because the Communist Government ruling Canada bans USA stations I'm stuck with GARBAGE TSN, I can't take it anymore!!! I'm finding a new source for NASCAR & canceling TSN!!! BTW TSN Customer service is just as useless & annoying!!! My race is now over in 15 minutes & their solution is to start a file & email it to someone instead of simply correcting the error & putting the advertised race on!!!

I'd review less than 1 star if I could. There UI was the worst i've seen for a streaming service. There chat support was completely unhelpful and has no management or ability to make basic alterations to the account. I cancelled my sub and they prompted me at least 6 times to not cancel and even after I finally did they refused to delete my credit card info from their system so now I have to watch for scams constantly.

Here's a tip. Spoiler alert. Don't put the score below the replay button. How annoying. Tell me the score before I get to watch it. Someone should be 🔥!

Would give no stars overwriting professional content with your own speakers is dumb the major sporting events have the best broadcasters and what is going on with your hosts - I can’t even watch sports centre news their voices are terrible and knowledge is weak and humour is not clever.

Constant buffering during the France Spain quarter finals. Completely unwatchable. WHAT AM I PAYING TSN FOR?

I have been disappointed with TSN service. How is it that they can not provide good service. Today It is not allowing me to log in. Over the last 3 weeks I have been frustrated with the world cup. Difficulty in logging it.

Here's the translation:

"They shove a ton of ads at me with my own money. You turn on a match, here's 4 ads for you; the stream glitches, kicks you out of watching; you want to skip to the moment you need, watch 8!! ads. You want to watch a match replay, you just open the app, and right there on the home page is the score. Screw you guys! I'll stay a pirate. Fewer ads and it's free too."

We called customer support because we could not get into our account after trying to reset password several times. We were wanting to watche the world cup so we called to get help. My husband called first, they told us they would put in a "ticket" to get it fixed because they couldn't fix it on their end. We waited a few days then called again, same thing, putting in a "ticket". A few days later I called and talked to a lady. I asked if when you pull up our account can you see that they put in a "ticket". She said no tickets were attached to our account. We talked on the phone for 2 hours trying to fix things. I told her to just cancel the account. After she cancelled the account she asked if I could log into my file to manage the account to make sure it was cancelled. I lost it with her on the phone because we had been talking for 2 hours because I cannot login to my account. She appologized and said she forgot that is why I called. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Most horrible move to place top matches of Wimbledon on TSN Plus.Just Awful 😖

This has been, without question, the worst World Cup commentary I can remember. Instead of focusing on the match, far too much time is spent injecting personal opinions and narratives that take away from the game itself.

The World Cup should be about the football, the tactics, the players, and the atmosphere—not the commentators’ personal viewpoints. Great commentators enhance the match without becoming part of the story.

TSN would be well served to study the approach of many European broadcasters, whose commentators understand the sport at a deeper level and let the game speak for itself. Their analysis is insightful, balanced, and centered on football rather than personalities.

As a lifelong football fan, this year’s coverage has been a major disappointment. I sincerely hope TSN rethinks its commentary team before the next major tournament.

The worst transmission, on 2 tennis channels they are transmiting same game despite there are a lot of games in parallel at Wimbledon.

This morning , Wimbledon , Djokovic .. and you plan to keep us posted??? Are you out of your minds !! All channels showing American women's match . Like who cares that much .. keep us posted on that instead .

Paid for an offer they just decided to remove a month after. Not only that, TSN+ subscribers were promised access to fifa games to only be told they get games but in other languages. Not english. Refused refunding. Refused to offer or help in any way or form. Awful service.

Throughout this World Cup, the TSN streaming experience using the iOS/iPadOS app has been awful. Streaming freezes every 2-3 minutes. Sometimes it freezes indefinitely, requiring closing and reopening the app. Other times it reports an error and has to be restarted.

How can an established business like TSN offer such a poor experience during an important event like the World Cup??
