Amazing retro items, always packaged well , always great quality

Bought a few gifts for Christmas, great selection and delivery times.
I love all the unique items they have.

Had an issue with ond faulty item, after a few emails it was all resolved and they were very helpful.

I have never had anything but great service from Truffle Shuffle. Over the years I've bought many items, both for myself and as gifts, and on the only occasion I had a problem with an item they went above and beyond to fix it. Their customer service is absolutely spot on, their website is easy to navigate, packaging is good, delivery times are great, and they always chuck in some swizzles (wahey!) My favourite place to shop.

Absolutely amazing service. Bought a doctor who advent calendar at a discounted price on Black Friday weekend arrived way earlier than advertised and was packaged really well with obvious markings to make the courier (and me) aware that it’s contents are fragile. Highly recommend.

I love Truffle Shuffle! They have the best range of retro & kitch clothes & gifts from Disney to Dungeons & Dragons. Deliveries always come within a couple of days. Never had a problem.

I had to come and write a review after the amazing service from Truffle Shuffle. Ordered The Office advent calendar as soon as I was notified it was in stock. It has just arrived 2 days before it's estimated delivery date and way before another retailer even had them in stock!

I love truffleshuffle! They always have great product photos so you can really see what you’re getting before purchasing. Great items, good packaging and quick postage! Also love all their social media stuff.

Always had good service from them. Ordered an item which wasn't right for me but the returns process was easy and I was refunded quickly. My order was delivered in a recyclable brown paper bag which I prefer over plastic. They always respond quickly to any queries too.

Had positive experiences with Truffle Shuffle up till now so I’m sad to write this - bought a T-shirt which reads as slim fit - maybe slim fit for a bear! I think if you’re going to charge people for their own returns you need to be double sure your descriptions are right. Also, pyjamas feel more like Primark Quality and come in nasty plastic when there isn’t a need. I’ve never needed to return here before and I’ve never paid anywhere to return before. Sadly this has put me off for life.

Je suis aux anges. J'ai fait ma première commande sur le site, et je suis ravie. J'ai commandé le dimanche 26/09, le sac a été envoyé dès le lendemain, et j'ai reçu ma commande le 8/10 soit à peu près deux semaines après (avec les jours non ouvrables). J'ai pris un sac loungefly et il est magnifique. Il y avait des bonbons en cadeau 😋. Concernant la douane, je n'ai pas eu de frais de douanes à mon grand étonnement. Pour ma part tout est ok, je recommande. Et j'achèterais à nouveau sur le site. Merci truffleshuffle.com 🙏😘

Box arrived looking like a elephant had trampled over it, I don’t blame the courier since the box itself was extremely flimsy and was closed with the tiniest amount of tape.
Luckily both my scooby doo Loungefly and mums my little pony Loungefly wallet arrived in excellent condition. But when paying this amount I would expect for them to be well wrapped up to protect them from damages as this is not acceptable at all.
I am not sure if I will be ordering again to be honest.

I've ordered from Truffle Shuffle 3 or 4 times now and have always been extremely pleased with everything that I've received. Delivery is excellent - quick and easy. On the one occasion I accidentally ordered a shirt in the wrong size, the exchange process was very easy to follow and I had received the replacement shirt within a couple of days. I'm very happy with the products and the service, and I will definitely be ordering from here again.
