Product arrived reasonably fast

Product arrived reasonably fast, well packaged.

It was a shirt for myself. I love the colour. Might have given the one extra star if the fit had been better and cloth a higher quality. As it stands the arms are a little on the short side and the cloth is quite light weight for a flannel shirt (certainly much thinner than the one I'm wearing). Nice shirt but slightly over priced for what was received.

Good quality product, lacking confidence

The product itself is of great quality and I'm extremely happy with it. However the first item sent was an incorrect size to the one ordered. I reached out to customer service explaining my predicament and asked if an exchange would be possible as returning it, then waiting for my refund then reordering it would mean the item would not arrive in time / risk selling out due to limited stock, and as it was their error it needed sorting.
I was told I could keep the incorrect size for a partial refund or return it then get a code for free shipping on the next one.

I got a code for free shipping, but had to reorder while waiting for a refund to ensure I got it in time. Product amount was eventually refunded, not shipping. Which I do understand as I was given free shipping for my next order, but found customer service to be fairly unhelpful as it felt like they were essentially copy and pasting from the FAQs.

It was my first time ordering from here, and given the experience I'm not sure I'd recommend to others.

From placing the order...

From placing the order, to the order actually arriving EMP kept me in the loop the whole way through. The items I ordered were neatly packed and were just as described.
