I've used T&M in the past and they've always been excellent. Unfortunately this most recent time they got the engraving on the trophies wrong. However, the boss did send over the correctly engraved plates the following day.

Jason was very helpful in sending me relevant information and alternative choice recommendations. We received the products in good time for our event in November.

Ordering process online was smooth - called a couple of days in advance of expected delivery as I put a special request in and wanted to check that they had taken notice of the request but no one answered the phone - I did leave a message but the call was not returned - I called again on the expected day of delivery to be told the item was actually arriving the following day - item was as expected & my special request had been read - I was initially shocked by the price and the minimum length of hire time needed but I think those are the norm for this type of item
