We have used Trophies & Medals many times over the years and have been very happy with their service however this time we were disappointed to find the trophies had arrived incomplete. The engraved plaques and center pieces had been provided but had not been placed onto the trophies and unfortunately with some of the trophies the center pieces would not fit in place using the sticky pads provided. We had to resort to using glue.

Not what we had expected.

Wow!

So fast, and so spectacularly classy! A brief moment's alarm when I opened the presentation boxes (a surprise extra finishing touch, thank you) to discover the glass trophies were blank, but then I found the stars and engraved plaques in the separate bag.

The stars only just fit the smallest glass trophy, and it is a little nerve-wracking setting everything straight, but the finished article looks stunning and my music pupils will feel very proud to receive them. I want to keep one for myself...

Trophy is as expected, complete with engraving - looks good on the mantlepiece.
Was out of stock at time of order but Jason contacted me and assured that if I was prepared to wait for new stock intake he would send it immediately...........he was as good as his word. Worth waiting for!

I have used this company several times for Art Club trophies
and, as ever, am very pleased with the engraved trophy.

Order the trophies on Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday!

Once my message was received the service was excellent, they did have some issues with their phone system

First Class. Product I wanted, with a very quick turnaround and when I had to change the delivery date and time, there was not aproblem. Item turned up when it was due to arrive and in the specified location.

Everything was good except for the fact that the glassware arrived without a box for each item. Just the 3 items wrapped individually in bubble wrap. The condition of each was fine, but as we do not hold a formal presentation it was awkward for me to send the awards onward by mail or hand them to a recipient.
It was much better on all the previous occasions that I have ordered these items when a box was provided for each.
