We have been working closely with Sarah DK from Troo and her customer service is impeccable. Sarah has been dealing with our energy renewals and I cannot praise her enough not only has she been saving the company money but she is also very knowledgeable about the industry so we know we are in safe hands. I was approached by Anita at one of our sites. Usually I’m not interested in any sales pitch or anything like that, however Anita took a personal interest to our business and offered to help reduce our utility bills. Anita offered a full hands on approach where everything was handled by herself making the transition smoother and easier for us. She was very involved, caring, honest and fun. Anita worked very fast with us to get things sorted and understood the needs of our business. Her friendly and professional approach definitely made her the right person for the job.
