Error by supplier not adding account to portal - sorted with no fuss
I signed up with Troo to get all of our utilities in one place to be renewed at one time only. the first 2 batches went through reasonably smoothly but the last one seemed to have been lost in the ether. The bills weren't on the portal for the supplier and I had not received paper bills so assumed that we were not being billed. I contacted Troo and Lisa Snowball dealt with my query with no fuss and got the bills emailed over to me and got the billing sorted on the Portal. Great service with no stress.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel Finnigan with recent issues with my supplier! The support provided was excellent and helped me through the whole situation with guidance and even stepping in to back me up with my concerns.
Fantastic brokers, I'm really impressed with the level of support received! Dealt with a tough situation with fast replies in minutes not days! Fast efficient contact and assurance, far cry from other brokers who are so pushy with sales and disappear as soon as the contract is signed.
So personal thank you to Rachel and all the team! Highly recommend.

Energy supplier dispute
Shannon was assigned the task of liaising with Smartest Energy to ascertain why we were informed that our supply could not be moved to another provider; due to us having re-signed a contract which we did not do. Shannon persisted with the issue & kept me informed at regular intervals, the process took several weeks, but I was assured that she would find a solution. Smartest admitted that it was an error on their part & allowed our contract to be terminated & moved to Yu Energy. Shannon provided great service & is the ideal person to have at your side during a dispute as she doesn't give up or fail to provide information even when progress is slow. Excellent service throughout, thank you :)

Highly recommend
I was wary about using another consultancy after being ripped off by the last one, left us in a huge mess. As soon as Sonnie Terry visited us it was completely different she explained what had happened to prices the last few years, made it so easy for us to understand and got us a wonderful quote saved us on both gas and electric, constantly at the other end of the phone for us, very helpful. She Went through everything in detail and will now be managing the account for us which is a huge benefit knowing I don’t have to speak to a supplier again I was wasting more time on the phone to different departments that I spent running my business!! Definitely Would recommend

I had a bad experience dealing with the customer service team at YGP and felt I was getting nowhere. Shannon Middleton offered to help and resolved the matter for us within days. It was such a great help, I had already spent over a month, calling / emailing YGP on a weekly basis, each time speaking to a different member of the team and never moving forward with our query, which was to regain access to our online portal, which we had been removed from.
