If I had read reviews before booking I would not have gone they were horrendous. I even took own bedding.How wrong they were We arrived very early hrs and were giving a sandwich from reception gratefully recieved Water was in fridge in our room. The room was clean bedding fresh air con wrked RECEPTION staff . Extremely helpful polite and always a pleasure to speak to .FOOD the food was absolutely well presented plenty choices fresh cooked chicken done in front of you as was fish YOU won't starve WAITING staff are efficient attentive very polite always there to assist with a smile.SPA I had 2medical massage as I have spinal issues OMG wow amazing she was very professional in her wrk very friendly so befor you think they give you the big rip off sell,the experience will prove you so wrong AMAZING I paid £35 each and very very impressed. Only thing that could improve is hand rails from restaurant due to step slopes and hand rail down the stars to other pool . 💯 to evey1 at the Palmea see you next Yr Stayed 10th May 344 THANK YOU fab holiday

Booked through trip advisor two rooms in Mexico, when arrived was told one of the rooms was cancelled by trip advisor. So proceeded to make another reservation directly on the hotels website because the finance accounting department was closed on the weekends so they could not find out what happened. So on Monday when finance and accounting department was open to investigate…they proceeded to lock us out of our room until we paid for the second room. Then when we went to check out they held us hostage to pay for the first room as suddenly they did not have the payment for that either, they allowed us to check into it upon arrival because it was paid in full just resorrt fees. So I paid twice for both rooms back in June 2023 and then proceeded to come home and file with trip advisor help desk that emailed me in march 2024 that a refund was being issued in 7-10 business days. Well it has been almost a month (April 2024) and all lines of communication with the trip advisor help desk have been closed by trip advisor because the issue is closed. No refund no way to find out why. Do not book with trip advisor or any of these sites because they do not support you. Almost a year later and I still don’t have a resolution.

Les avis c’est du commérage.
Premièrement ils harcèlent les clients pour mettre des avis hors que les avis ne reflétant pas du tout la vérité car les clients ne disent pas la vérité.
S’ils vous aiment, ils mettent un bon avis et s’ils ne vous aiment pas il vous mettent un mauvais.
D’autre part c est une agence de voyages très indécente pour leur fournisseurs.. à commencer par les
Avis, les agents de chez eux sont infects, les pires agents jamais vu et les
Commissions énormes.
Ils n’ont pas de représentants en France et impossible de joindre un autre service que l’assistance.

TRIP ADVISOR HAVE ALLOWED A FALSE AND MALICIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW OF OUR BUSINESS? A PERSON WHO HAS NEVER ENTERED OUR PREMISES AND NEVER BEEN A CLIENT OF OURS HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO SPREAD DEFAMATORY INFORMATION WITH TRIP ADVISORS ASSISTANCE. HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY JUSTIFY THIS?

Had a TA account for many years. Recently reviewed a restaurant and truthfully mentioned that it had received a 2 star hygiene rating. TA wanted me to remove this mention of hygiene rating. There are many questionable reviews on TA that they do not remove and yet want truthful reviews editing. I have now closed my TA account.

My stay at Regent House in Angelsea exceeded expectations. The cozy and impeccably clean accommodations, coupled with the attentive and responsive staff, made for a truly enjoyable experience. Any issues were promptly addressed, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Moreover, the house is situated in a very nice area, adding a touch of serenity and charm to the overall ambiance. A perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and a picturesque location – highly recommended!

Residence of Bauxite, or not just members of the good old boys, club, camp with deer, or drive a jacked up 4 x 4 truck.

We are the secret society; the colors of the rainbow, veterans, disabled, female and male, dog lovers; basically we are your next-door neighbors who throw wave in the air when you pass by our homes.

The city Council spearheaded by the current Mayor have made it their priority to overlook the needs of all the residence of Bauxite.

Dark streets without proper lighting.
Residential streets without the appropriate speed limit signs.
Pet owners held responsible for the care, upkeep, and medical needs other household pets.
Preventive maintenance, upkeep, additions, and remodeling without mandated building codes per the state of Arkansas being met.
Ex-cons allowed to operate, small businesses without a license.
Natural beauty of the countryside, destroy by builders only seeking cash in box site has offer compared to the surrounding cities.
Teachers to carry concealed weapons, while children are at school without any screening for those hand, selected by the principal to carry weapons.
Emergency services they’re not available in an emergent or non-emergent situation.
The current mayor soliciting customers from our city for his own personal business he operates when he is serving in the capacity as the mayor of Bauxite.

The list of neglect by the city officials of Bauxite, Arkansas is endless.

It’s time to vote the ones who refuse to give up their seat and stand in the back allowing anyone truly seeking to bring Bauxite, Arkansas back to the small town it once was.

The downtown area of Bauxite should be no less appealing than the city of Benton, Arkansas a highly populated community of Caucasians.

The city of Bauxite deserves to be known other than the little town just 3 miles east of Bryant, Arkansas.

Les Millard 8 of us travelled with the company in Nov 23 and took a trip around this island. Les, took in the history and culture and really enjoyed the detail and knowledge.

I would absolutely recommend this company, they are trustworthy and lovely.

Regarding our experience with Booking.com and our stay at the apartment – 7 Calle Concepcion Jeronia, Madrid.:-
We booked this apartment, from 15th to the 29th October 2023, through the agents:- thecharmingconcept.com / booking.com.
We were told all we had to do on arrival at the apartment was to phone them and they would give us the door code.
The taxi which was arranged by the agents, duly pick us up from the airport and dropped us off at the apartment. On arrival I phoned the stated number for the door code as per their instructions. That was when things went seriously wrong!!
I was told to go to their website and complete a form and provide copies of our passports! Now we are standing outside the building with traffic- buses, vans and even a police car with its sirens going past us only a metre distance. I’m 83 my partner is 77. and we both struggle with the digital world. I told them it was impossible to do that. ‘Can you come to the office’ (where ever that was.) No I can not. ‘Then I can’t help you. You have to go to the website’!!! At that point a man arrived and opened the main door, we followed him in. He could see we were stressed out.
The kind gentleman spoke to Charming concept - Charming Plaza Mayor II, it then took him 40 minutes of dialogue before we were able to access the apartment. The whole issue was appalling. The requirement of passports could have been done when booking but they were never ask for.
Further more, after the first week we requested fresh towels and bed sheets, but was told that there is a washing machine and dryer and that we should use that! But I insisted and eventually they did supply the towels and bed sheet.
So rating Charming Plaza Mayor II – 1 * star.
The apartment was nice and rates - 4 * star.
The inventory was adequate and rates – 3 * star.
The position of the apartment was in the centre of Madrid and rates – 5 * star.
Overall we had a very good time in Madrid, the bus and train system was excellent and the weather was pleasant.
However, The Charming Concept.com, the agents for the apartment, were extremely poor. What could and should have been done at the time of booking they just did not do. The company caused much stress and frustration and acted in an unprofessional manner.

I purchased a trip with them, they took my money and I did not receive my tickets. I have used them before so they know my account. They said that I used an incorrect email address and that is why I did not receive the tickets. They refused to reimburse me for the trip which I paid and did not receive. Thieving company.

Not only is Tripadvisor a useful tool for travel and food ideas, the integration to be able to book tours through the service and manage the bookings is very useful.

I wrote a review about my bad experience I had at Ladram bay holiday park, but after a week it has still not be put online, they have not even answered my email to ask when it will go, 2 other people on the caravan site has tried to leave not very good reviews and theres were not put on line, TripAdvisor seem to be protecting certain companys

Would give 0 if possible. Suspicious and obviously fake reviews of some holidays are allowed to remain on the site giving potential customers a false and misleading impression / view of the place. Even when informed tripadvisor leave this false information on the site. Shameful!!

Lovely, polite, hardworking staff

Trip advisor has been very helpful in planning our trips for vacation in that it shows places to visit and see. It gives others opionions of their trips and gives stars as to how well accommadations are.
