All the customer service agents are bots!! They will never assist you with anything. Don't recommend

My wife booked 2 tickets for Alhambra palace and gardens a few weeks ago, but has just been informed that Trip Advisor cannot now supply the tickets. She has managed to book tickets from an alternative website, but at twice the price originally quoted by Trip Advisor. We have not used Trip Advisor previously for booking attractions, obviously never will in the future, and would advise others to not use them either, if our experience is how they treat their customers.

Abbiamo prenotato tavolo interno per 4 nel weekend. In chat ci dicono "20€ a persona di consumazione" e pensiamo sia la spesa minima. Ordiniamo una bottiglia di Chardonnay da 30€ da listino, più tagliere, patatine, 3 cocktail e dolci, quindi i 20€ a testa li avremmo superati abbondantemente.
Al conto invece troviamo 80€ extra addebitati come "4 Drink" solo per il fatto di esserci seduti al tavolo interno. In pratica la nostra bottiglia da 30€ ce l'hanno fatta pagare 80€ e per mascherare sullo scontrino scrivono 4 drink. Se volete far pagare 20€ a testa solo per sedersi, anche se uno prende solo una bottiglietta d'acqua, ditelo chiaramente quando si prenota, così non siete per niente trasparenti.
Inoltre, i camerieri nell'arco della serata hanno sbagliato più volte le ordinazioni. Esperienza deludente, non ci torneremo mai più. Invito chiunque a valutare altri locali

We verbleven in Hotel Cappucci in Pistoia( Toscane ) Bij het inchecken gevraagd of er mogelijkheid was om electrisch te laden met de auto. Die was er. Wat er ons niet is meegedeeld is dat bij de 0,91 eu per kWh nog eens 12,63eu per uur bijkomt tijdens het laden. Eén gepeperde rekening en een vakantie om snel te vergeten !!!

I was looking for a floor to be easier for me and easier to clean and more spacious .
I chose this and im so delighted has it was all tiled before and they ripped them up laid new base and it looks fabulous 👌 well done

Kelly Mill Cottage, Devon. We had to cancel from Calais due to an error from our vet with a dog vaccine. We were advised from the booking company that we could pay a small fee to re-arrange the booking for next year - they flat out rejected it. They also re-let it for our cancelled week but again chose to not refund a penny. Not even the cleaning fee for the dog 😞. Why - because they can sell the weeks again easily and pocket our money in addition and they don’t care. They’re very happy to ask you to “come on our renovation journey with us” on their instagram and sell you a dream - but really there’s not a shred of decency or compassion behind it. 😔

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir voyagé aux Açores du 4 au 14 aout avec Secrets du Monde. L'organisation a été à la hauteur de notre demande sur mesure. Les hôtels étaient conformes à nos attentes. Les voitures louées étaient d'une catégorie supérieure. Nous avons pu joindre facilement notre conseiller (un samedi soir !), lors de l'annulation d'un vol inter île et il a trouvé à nous reloger très rapidement. Les paysages, la végétation, les hortensias à perte de vue, les montagnes, les volcans, les lacs, les vues sur l'océan, les dauphins... les Açores et particulièrement Sao Miguel valent vraiment le détour. Nous avons adoré l'expérience gastronomique qui nous a fait découvrir le délicieux Cozido, pot au feu cuit dans le volcan. Je recommande vivement cette agence avec qui nous repartirons certainement, l'équipe est très bien organisée, efficace et fiable, dès les premiers contacts.

Ho alloggiato con famiglia a hotel lavorka, veramente squallido e vetusto, anche la colazione servita nell hotel accanto disonorevole. Da non consigliare.

Having filled in a comprehensive review of a wonderful trip on the Ffestiniog railway I received a request from trip advisor questioning my integrity asking if I had received any inducements or discounts to fill the review. All I received was a stunning paid by me trip. Last time I fill anything on trip advisor.

I wondent even give them 1 star, DO NOT USE THEM` its as simple as that they steal money from people everyday and get away with it, with there ratings they will go bust any day so book direct and save yourself the trouble of an unprofessional comapny.

I booked a group tour in Iceland through Trip Advisor with a credit card. All communication about this tour came to be from TA. About 6 weeks prior to this tour, someone illegally used another of my credit cards to book a vacation on Viator. I successfully challenged the charge which was acknowledge via email by Viator. Later that day, I got another email from Viator stating they had canceled a tour with just a Viator number (not the original TA number and no date or mention of TA). I thought it was for the illegally purchased trip. Nope - when we arrived for our Iceland tour, we found out that this tour was cancelled. I did not even realize that TA owns Viator. I feel Viator was punishing me for the successful charge dispute. At the very least, communication about the cancellation should have mentioned the name of the tour, the date and should havre come from TA or indicated it was made through TA. I have never been impressed with Viator and generally avoid them. However, this experience has also made me re-think my use of Trip Advisor

i like trip advisor ,often pictures from people who visited ,and mostly there experience , however i would doubt very much that alot of feedback is not from geniune travellers , they need to ask feedback reveiwers to prove [with receipts]of there trip and e mail address that matches ,i have seen many honest reveiws w[with facts ,not complaints] only to be followed by many 5 star !,.probably by staff or freinds !?

Censored my review of a business that stole $3 after I paid the agreed upon price. Don’t trust this business.

I can't even get into this website because they have blocked my access. They apparently think I'm a bot which I'm not.

We went on a tour with Eva and our bus driver, Ricardo to Stonehenge and Bath. Eva was so helpful and has so much knowledge and stories that she kept us entertained the whole time. She gave us information on restaurants and what to see and do in Bath.

Booked a trip abroad only to find the trip was not in local currency (Eastern Carribbean $) and I was charged in US$ instead of Eastern Carribbean $.
The website needs to some how make it clear. I ended up spending have my spending money on 1 trip.
That said, they have good reviews on the website and the booking pickup and return processes from ones hotel was good.

Fake company. Reviews can't be trusted.
