The sales staff provided exceptional service. I was searching for a Christmas decoration I couldn't find, and after I described it with hand gestures, she knew immediately what I meant and where it was. She helped me find the exact 'angel feeding forest animals' scene I wanted. She was very polite and seemed happy to see me so delighted.

Haven Fir looks good.
I don't have much to comment on the buying experience, other that the delivery was fast. This is the first time that I haven't bought a live tree (sure sign of getting old ;) and I wanted something that didn't scream "fake." I purchased the New Haven Fir and I'm very happy. You need to spread out the greens on the branches, but then it looks great.
