The tree looks very nice and realistic
The tree looks very nice and realistic. I would say the directions in the electrical plug-ins for each section are murky at Best and didn’t make sense. I’ve had other artificial trees and as you electrically connected each section to plug into the wall it was very simple to do. This one was not. That would be my only negative comment otherwise I’m happy I purchased from this company.

The tree arrived earlier than expected
The tree arrived earlier than expected. The box was not damaged and neither was the tree inside. It was weird but I thought I smelled a live tree when we opened the box. Maybe I was just in the Christmas spirit. It took us a short time to get it set up and plugged in to the outlet. (When I say we my husband did all the work and I read the instructions and centered the tree in the window.

I bought my tree early, on sale, and put it up before Thanksgiving. It’s beautiful and I’m enjoying the full joy of celebrating the birthday of my Lord Jesus Christ. A Beautiful Tree
It is a beautiful tree first and foremost! The choices of lighting and the easy to use control allow us to change the look we want to create.
Ordering was very easy and our tree arrived in half the time expected.
I wish we lived closer so we could visit your store in person.

Tree is good
Tree is good. Lights a bit disappointing. No matter how many times I press the remote I only get green and white lights. No red, no blue as indicated on your video.

One of the light sockets was cracked…
One of the light sockets was cracked and fell apart, so one string of lights does not work. I was able to move string above and below the defective string to fill in the dark space.

The 6.5 ft tree you have is still in-stock and if you ever have issues with something from us like this that you just purchased, just give us a call and let us know. We will ship you a new section ASAP to get this resolved. You have a great warranty and a whole staff of customer service reps here waiting to serve you if anything like this goes wrong. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for this as I assume something happened in shipping. Cracked cases on lighting is very rare.

Best tree I’ve ever owned

Not the best quality control
It’s a nice ornament and looked as good as I was hoping. One problem was a light was black when it arrived and when I replaced it, that one blew again as soon as I plugged it in. Hopefully no other ones blow out once it is on every day during the Christmas season.
