Ik ben al langere tijd een zeer tevreden klant van Travelteq. De producten zijn prachtig vormgegeven en stralen vakmanschap uit. Je ziet en voelt direct dat ze met passie zijn ontworpen en gemaakt. Inmiddels heb ik meerdere producten in gebruik en allemaal bevallen ze uitstekend. Hoogwaardige kwaliteit, tijdloos design en magnifique afgewerkt. Een merk dat zijn belofte meer dan waarmaakt. Aanrader!

Ik heb al sinds de het 'nieuwe' Travelteq mijn briefcase en ben echt blij ermee, nog steeds veel leuke complimenten!

Vreemde ervaring: tas besteld en binnen 24 uur krijg je e-mail met een aanbieding 10% korting als je een tas koopt. Een traveler besteld en weer hetzelfde, binnen 24 uur e-mail met 10% korting. Vraag vooraf om korting, anders wordt je de gek aan gestoken. Dan wordt er gereageerd op je googlepost en mag je praten met de computer. Fantastisch, maar niks opgelost.

Het bedrijf met nogal een fanatieke marketing-afdeling stuurt mij per mail een kortingscode die - waarschijnlijk door een technische reden - niet te verzilveren was. Wanneer ik reply op mails (waarvan wordt aangegeven dat dit mogelijk is), krijg ik alleen met AI gegenereerde reacties, maar waarbij niet wordt aangegeven dat het een AI-bot betreft. Lisa - a.k.a. de bot - beloofde dat er contact zou worden opgenomen. Helaas niks meer vernomen. Daarna geprobeerd via het contactformulier op de website; ook geen reactie. Als je tassen van 720 euro en meer verkoopt, mag je echt veel betere - premium - klantenservice verwachten.

Nice product in terms of design, but very poor warranty & service. The zipper failed under normal use; for a bag of ~€800, you’d expect better. Travelteq relies on limited warranty terms and shows little goodwill. At this price point, EU consumer law would lead you to expect significantly better quality and customer focus. Not recommended.

Fraai product, maar service ondermaats. Rits ging defect bij normaal gebruik; bij een tas van ~€800 – zou je beter mogen verwachten. Travelteq beroept zich op beperkte garantie en toont weinig coulance. Voor dit prijsniveau mag je volgens EU wetgeving aanzienlijk betere kwaliteit én klantgerichtheid verwachten. Niet aan te raden.

Geweldig mooie tas. Super kwaliteit, en ja, dat mag iets kosten. Ook de service is goed. Snel bereikbaar bij vragen en vriendelijk geholpen.

First impressions last. I had a showroom visit which got cancelled at the last minute (end of day, the day before) while I was on holiday with an out of office on and no other contact was made. Just a one-way cancellation and sorry please book another day (with some excuse in it but that didn’t suffice). So sadly I haven’t even used touched or felt the product yet. I wanted a bag badly but I can’t do business with companies who treat people like this. Very sad state of affairs

Ik heb mijn nieuwe travelteq ontvangen, verzending ging snel en was mooi verpakt. Ziet er goed uit!

De webshop van Travelteq verstuurt mijn bestelling niet, reageert niet op mijn e-mail en neemt de telefoon niet op (nadat ik heel erg veel moeite moest doen om het nummer te vinden).

Kennelijk is deze zaak failliet?

Simply the best and handsome bag in the world. I do feel naked when not accompanied by my Travelteq. Have had my first one for almost ten years now, without a single complaint: zippers work, leather looks better as years go by and she (...) fits at any occasion.

Great products. High quality. Great customer center. Reply in one day to my emails and offer free solutions to my problems.

I received a Briefcase All Leather that was entirely missing 2 interior pockets, one zippered and one not. The 2 interior pockets that my briefcase is missing is shown both in photographs on their website listing and described in their Specifications section for the briefcase. I contacted them on the day of delivery by email and chat, and then again the next day by chat... and then -again- by email and chat three days later. I've been met with complete silence. Meanwhile, I've observed them disable my store account (Invalid login credentials / No account found with that email), raise the price by USD $80 on their website, add a new chat support representative to my chat on their website (still no reply), and update their Instagram.

I began my attempts to reach out to them feeling disappointed and now I'm just a very angry customer. I'm not new to their products, either; I purchased from them back in 2011 and it was a normal transaction for a fantastic briefcase that I've used almost daily since. I was just trying to add another of their briefcases to my collection and... well, here I am.

What's the point of having a FAQ page with a Return Policy and a Product Warranty ("It is up to you to check the products upon delivery and to notify us within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your rights.") if you aren't going to reply to the customer who reaches out?

In short: Absolutely horrible customer service and does not stand by products.

Travelteq offers very good service. Contacting the company was easy and their response was helpful.

Mooie tassen voor een eerlijke prijs. Uitstekende service van Travelteq, ze zijn erg behulpzaam. Duidelijk goede kwaliteit tassen en prachtige winkel. Zeker een aanrader

I'm from Miami, last time I stopped in Amsterdam I bought a messenger original orange! There's not day I don't get a compliment! Great product, super practical, great design, way to go Dutchies!

I am proud owner of the All Leather Briefcase. I really like the design and the bag only gets better with age. Also the quality is good, I've never had any problems with water coming in during rainy days.

The briefcase (I bought Original briefcase 'golden/navy' colour) is of really high quality. All my colleagues want it too. I got the bag for almost 2 years now, still perfect.

Very friedly and very fast Response. Clear, uncomplicated and workable solution offered.
