Booked our Honeymoon
I felt April was informative and helpful, I had lots of questions, as it was for our honeymoon.
The main bonus for me was I didn’t feel pressured to book, a lot of travel agents bombard you with messages ‘are you ready to book’ ‘the deal will go’ and I really don’t like that. I will definitely book again x thanks Michelle

Very professional & friendly!
This was my first time booking a trip with Travel Buddy. Communication was quick and informative from the get-go, which was really helpful to find the best dates to travel and routes to take etc. I felt that my preferences were listened to and the suggested trips suited what we were looking for. A special thanks to April, for being professional, friendly, and making the first part of planning our honeymoon so smooth.

If you want efficiency go elsewhere
Our details were not correct. I was passed from pillar to post everytime I dialled a number I was given; starting with the telephone number on my booking confirmation. Eventually on the third number I spoke to someone who appologised and said they would get a confirmation through with the correct details. Here I am a week later still waiting a correct confirmation. What I am waiting for is important because what they have confirmed does not tie up with the informationon on the passport!!
Thank you for reply.It seems you are inaccurate with your reply because when I first spoke to you, you agreed that the original DOB you had been given was correct and that the mistake was made on the confirmation of order. When you mentioned a new confirmation of order was to be sent at no time did you mention it would take longer than the original confirmation and why. As regards to accussing me of being discouteous that is way off the mark becuase at no time during our two telephone conversations have I raised my voice or been rude. To difuse the situation I said we are going to have to agree to disagree, but it seems you want to continue this awful situation and accuse your customer of something he has not done which I find discourteous and very unprofessional.

Your recent review contains several inaccuracies which we must address.
The incorrect booking details originated from the information we were provided with at the time of reservation. These errors were flagged in the confirmation emails we sent directly to you.
Our emails however, very clearly display our telephone number and email address at the top and again in the signature, for the express purpose of allowing you to correct any mistakes immediately, as is also outlined in that email.
It is important to acknowledge that you did not make contact with ourselves at any stage to rectify this issue, instead repeatedly calling the tour operator who is not responsible for amending your booking.
This caused delays and meant we were only made aware of your dissatisfaction once the operator passed on your messages to ourselves.
The moment we became aware, we emailed you directly requesting you call us so we could resolve the matter.
We are still waiting for your updated confirmation details, without which we cannot issue revised documentation.
As stated previously, amendments are processed by designated teams both within our company and by the operator, and these must follow proper procedure.
Instead of contacting us directly, even now, to discuss the confirmation you are waiting for, you have chosen to post this review instead - which is both disappointing and unjust.
Your 1-star review does not accurately reflect the service we have provided. We acted promptly and in line with correct procedures once the matter was brought to our attention, and it is regrettable that you chose to leave such a review while speaking to our staff in a manner that was discourteous and unacceptable.
