UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states.

Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE

I purchased a dog gate for a Jetta. It said it would work for a 2014 Jetta wagon with sunroof. The connecting bars are too short. I had to use zip ties to make it work. Not what I expected for $190. Customer service does not respond to messages online or through voicemail.

Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.

I bought the wrong guard for my car. Entirely my fault having chosen the part for the wrong year of manufacture. Travall replaced it free of charge. I called, they arranged pick up and sent the new correct part. Even refunding part of the cost as the boot tray wasn't available for my car. Superb customer service.

Dont waste your money or time with this product, customer service is terrible and if you do have an issue or dont like the product they make you pay for shipping yourself and say if they dont recieve the return within 14 days they wont accept it. Take some notes from chewy or other companies that have customer service.

Bought a guard and divider for my Nissan X-trail. The guard and divider cages fit perfectly and it was a quarter the price of what the dealership wanted to charge (also dealership wouldn't do a center divider).

Having two people to put the main guard in makes the job a lot easier so definitely recommend that.

In the 3 years since I bought them I've lost pieces twice, both times the Travall help guys have identified and sent the missing pieces across the world for a tiny fee.

Love the product and every interaction with the company has been great. Money well spent.

I have now used Travall on 3 separate occasions- one for my VW Golf, one for my mother in laws Vauxhall Mokka and another for my newly purchased Skoda Superb. On each occasion, I’ve found the transactions to be very smooth and without issue. The staff I’ve dealt with over the phone and via email have always been polite and courteous and very helpful, and the dog guards themselves are of a very high standard and are very easy to fit. I would highly recommend this company! :-)

I placed an order on Sunday, I was kept upto date with UPS tracking info and the item arrived today (Tuesday), fits perfectly, quality item.

We searched for a long time on the web for a metal dog barrier. We finally came across Travall. This was exactly what we were hoping for! This was a gift for a family member. This dog barrier is high quality, fits the car perfectly! No rattles, keeps the dog safe in the back of the CRV.
Fast shipping! When I didn't receive the tracking number, I contacted customer service and they returned my email right away. Product HAD shipped so everything was fine!

I have used my Travall on a RAV4 for six years, it is extremely well made and easy to mount/dismount and very sturdy. I managed to lose a small but essential piece and contacted Sarah at Travall and a replacement part was in the post the same afternoon, superb customer service backing up an excellent product. When I change my car Travall will be my first port of call!

I brought a dog guard from travall a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with it.I recently lost a small part from the guard and so contacted them to see if I could get a replacement.I got an immediate reply asking to confirm the part that I had lost and my address.within two days the replacement had been delivered with no charge!How good is that!I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to anybody.Thank you Sarah and the rest of your team😀

Ordered a Travall Guard (TDG1476) for my Subaru and it fits perfectly. I lost a little fitting and contacted their customer service and they are sending me a replacement free of charge! Thanks Travall!

A week later and the replacement parts came in the mail from the UK.

Great dog barrier! Fits perfectly and doesn’t rattle at all!

UPDATE: Travall provided excellent customer service after my original review posted. I still had all the original parts and packaging and they accepted the return and exchanged it for the correct model for my vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the product. It fits perfectly without causing any pressure areas on my headliner. Most importantly, it does not have the incessant rattle of the barrier we had been using.I am a very satisfied customer. Original review: Buyer please be aware that you need to know the actual PRODUCTION year of your vehicle. That is when it came off the assembly line, not the model year of the vehicle. If you are ignorant of the fact, like me, that there is a difference you may find yourself with a pet barrier that will not fit your vehicle. In my opinion, the website does not do a good job of stressing the fact that you need to make sure you know when the vehicle came off the assembly line rather than the model year. My vehicle sat on the cusp of two different styles. I needed the 2014 production style of barrier while my vehicle was a 2015 model year. Unfortunately for me, I did not try intalling the barrier in my vehicle until after the return window had closed (28 days) so now I am left with a nearly $200 pet barrier that I am unable to use with my vehicle. Had my vehicle been a year older or younger it would not have mattered. MAKE SURE TO CHECK WHEN YOUR VEHICLE WAS ASSEMBLED!!!

I ordered a cargo barrier for my Suburu Outback. It was quickly shipped, fits well and is very high quality.

My experience is with Sarah. I ordered the divider to fit the the 1539, and when I went to put them together a few months later, there were pieces of hardware missing and damage to the bottom of the box. The parts sheet was torn, and some pieces had fallen out. I contacted Travall and got connected to Sarah. I explained my situation, and though I had deleted the email that contained my order number from my purchase in January, (it was now late March) Sarah went the extra mile for me. I received the missing parts today from England? I thought they were in Georgia USA! They made it right, and that's to be admired. Yeah, Sarah! I will highly recommend your company, and the enlightened manager that hired Sarah!

An incredibly well-made product at a great price!
