I have purchased a Travall Guard pack for a Toyota Corolla Touring Sports (2023 model). The products are very solid, very well designed and adapted to my car. Furthermore the delivey was very fast (3 days, France). My dog ​​now feels very comfortable in my vehicle.

Excellent service! I broke a small bracket for the tension clip which secured the dog guard. Travall responded to my email request for a replacement part immediately. The cost was minimal and the Customer Service from Angelina was superb!

Fantastic service. We ordered a dog guard and divider which both arrived promptly. When we discovered we had ordered the wrong divider, this was collected the next day and the right part delivered immediately. Also the products are of excellent quality.

Ordered a dog guard for my Kia. When it arrived it didn’t fit as it was too wide. Contacted them in a number occasions and was ignored every time.

Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.

Man erreicht niemanden weder Telefonisch noch per Mail . Ob wohl es heißt die Bestellung wird gleich nach Abschluss verschickt . Was nach über einer Woche längst da sein müsste .

On 3th of June ordered a safety pack. I received 1/2 of the safety pack. After contact they had problems withlabelling, at 17th of June they promised to deliver the devider (2/2) as soon as possible. I have to go on holliday and need it very quickly. They don’t answer my email.

Ordered a BMW X5 dog barrier, turns out they have two models for 2018 vehicles, one 2018+ and one 2013 - 2018. I ordered the wrong one and found out when I tried to install. Since then I've called and left two voicemails and sent three separate emails and have yet to receive a response on how I can return or exchange this product.

Even stranger is when I call, I get a receptionist and she sends me to a customer service line which continually takes me straight to voicemail.

Spent $210 on a dog guard and the screw sent was the incorrect size. WAY too long for where it was needed. This product costs far too much for something like this to happen. Instructions are also terrible and numbered nonsensically. Take your money elsewhere.

The product (XC40 PHEV guard & divider) seems very good and sturdy. The instructions are weak. B&W photocopy on flimsy paper with elements skipped and others misleading. Needed a 9mm spanner, not mentioned. The divider diagram shows mounting across vertical wires. Not possible because bottom mesh wire is too close to frame to allow the fixture to mount. Some of the powder coating is over threads and had to be filed clean. The stays are tight on the back of the seats and will rub the leather, so I'm adding a soft sleeve of split screen washer tube. Attention to detail needed. And it took me 2 hrs to install because of the fiddle.

I was initially concerned about the cost when ordering but on arrival I can see it's a really well designed product and well worth the money. I am extremely pleased with the design, how it fits sturdily in the boot/trunk and occupies a minimum amount of space. So much better than the cheaper rubbish on Amazon. The only point I would improve would be to label the four attachment parts that have rubber feet on them with arrows for front/rear and "left/right" as the instructions lead me to put it together incorrectly the first time. Oh, and the tracking info didn't work and always reported "There is no tracking available for this shipment." So I dropped one star for these two reasons but the actual product gets 5.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!
Bought the specific Branded “dog guard” for my Ford EcoSport (not cheap) and to install you have to push the seats back so it connects to the back windows leaving NO boot space for the dog. I’ve had to cable tie it in place. Not worth the money, go to Halfords

Avoid this company! Happy to take your money but don’t stand by their return policy! Bought boot liner & when I got home shopping & boot liner had moved to behind the back seats. Thankfully I found this out before my dogs were in the boot. Returns by Hermes parcel shops only none came up in my area as I live 30 miles from a town. I messaged to say I wished to return & could they advise me how!! No response & Amazon also have messaged them & still no response!!

Before ordering I confirmed the part number with Customer service. Service was excellent and the barrier arrived in 2 days from the UK. Seemed like a quality product and it was easy to install.

Used their website to order a dog guard and divider for a Kia Sportage. The products shipped were for a Kia Sorrento. On phoning to query this I was told there is a fault with their website and that they would arrange a return. No information was forthcoming about the return and on calling them back the next day discovered that the return had not been arranged. Eventually I got an email confirming the return and the items were picked up. A week after the collection I am still waiting on the refund. Despite emailing them about my refund I got no reply. On calling I was told to "wait another day" for the refund to be processed.

Not a great experience in my case. I found better service elsewhere with a genuine Kia dog guard which arrived next day.

Excellent customer service. The barrier is high quality and easy to install.

Just received my pet barrier (TDG 1622) and the part "K" (ASG-3812/9) is too short to go through the welded tube and thread into part "B" (ASG-13003/19-SA) this makes the barrier useless. IT is not even close. I believe i was sent the wrong parts. Please advise how you will fix this issue. thx in advance. -Todd

I ordered the pet barrier for my Nissan Rogue - double-checked to make sure I received all my parts (I did) - and then started working on the installation. Unfortunately, after putting together one side of the barrier, I found that the holes for the screws weren't drilled through the steel on the other side - making it impossible for me to finish the installation. I have called and emails multiple times and still cannot reach anyone for 3 days now - I never write reviews but this lack of response has prompted me to share this experience. Travall, if your reading this - please contact me.

Edit: first, i didnt recieve two pieces, i dont understand how they can forget to send the complete pack… anyway, i contact via email, and i didnt recieve any response, but the instagram guy, (thank you… the best) answered me inmediately and solve my problem. Finally they sent me the two pieces.

The grilles fit perfectly in my skoda Octavia combi. Worth the price
