Was convinced by the cheap prices compared to other companies but they do say you pay for what you get and we didn't even get half what we paid for! I would rather give no stars for this booking.

The organisation and communication at the beginning was dreadful, I even had to tell the sales agent how to update the invoice at least 4 times as he was sending over the wrong information and then on "copyright" stamped pages?!!?

We paid slightly more the have a "VIP" minibus for a work trip, this was a nice Mercedes with leather seats and tables for passengers inside from the photos that were sent. However, on the day, a bus not even shown on their website turned up which was bright colours with charity branding all around and miss matching interior and broken parts and no hub caps and peeling paint. My team sent photos of the bus before they got on and I am shocked that not only was the "VIP" bus that we paid for not show up, but it wasn't even a bus from their site or anything that was previously shown to me.

I would never use this company as it is false advertisement and a worry of where the vehicle actually came from. If I could add photos to the review, I think others would also be extremely shocked at what turned up and what was paid for.

The worry of not being able to trust a driving company is not great, so I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company as you have no idea what will show on the day. I have also had radio silence from this company and that is also another big worry as it was also very difficult to speak with people about the booking once I had already paid.

Alex and her team at TransportHubUK are always so accommodating and helpful to our requests. We take small groups of children on outings, and we always feel very safe and comfortable and well taken care of. Alex is great at handling our requests and making sure we have everything we need. We have used them multiple times, and will continue to do so.

Alex Heart is a very compassionate staff, kind and supportive. Well respective with good communication skills. I will use your service again and again because of the service I received from Alex. Thank you so much Alex

Emma looked after us before and this is why we came back to her and Transport Hub again for a more complex arrangements for visitors coming to us from abroad. Emma helped us arrange complex movements from airports and to multiple hotels. Should we have other arrangements I will return to Transport Hub and Emma's Help! Recommended.

Jackie and the Transport Hub team were very accommodating for a last minute request. They got us a van for the next day to take us on a long haul drive (4-5 hours drive each way). Jackie was even willing to stay in the office past working hours to make sure our trip was confirmed. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their dedication. The cost was reasonable considering the last minute nature of the request and the long drive plus wait time. The van was not luxurious, but it fit our 12 passengers and baggage sufficiently. I would book with them again.

I had a good experience with Transport Hub.
When I first started planning for my trip to London from Paris . I contacted TransportHub UK.
The agent Sam Lee helped me to organise the tour for a day to sightseeing the different sites in London. She is a real sweetheart. She gave me extra advices about the city without asking her.
The Driver Ahmed was professional and kind during the journey.
I do recommend the service and will use again when come back to London

Did not show. I had a party of 10x 15 year olds on their way to go-karting i.e. a fixed time slot. No warning despite me calling that morning to check all was well. Strongly recommend you do not use this website.

Hired an 8 seater mini bus for work team to attend a colleagues funeral! All was good and communication good with Sam Lee, however once we got to the first destination and then to the burial site the driver was not very sympathetic at all, kept going on about timings and money and how it will cost more and they didn’t communicate with them well about the times and he had a job at 1pm when in fact we booked him out until 1.30pm.

In the end as he was moaning so much he asked for extra money and had to give him £50 cash just to shut him up and take us to our destination!

Sent email Sam Lee but communication has ceased !!

In the end it was fine but very insensitive driver and didn’t appreciate having to give him
Extra for cash in hand rather than the company making aware of any extra costs !!

I was really concerned about the 1* reviews, but proceeded with booking a 33 seater coach for a return journey for my 60th birthday. The price was competitive and the communication with Anna at Head Office was great. We were given the driver's details (David) the day before, and I was able to give him a what3words location to help him find us as we are quite tricky to find. He was brilliant, arrived on time and was ready to scoop us up at the end of the evening. I would use this service again, perhaps for my 70th!

The transport arrived on time the driver was very caring helping some of the people off and on the bus as they were not 21 anymore
