Goods damaged in transit, shipment not even handleing by the comany i paid to do it, they sub contract to EVRI, customer service terrible, kept on saying they would update me... not one sigle update I had to reach out to them everytime which is a nightmare... will never use them again... 2 weeks from shipment was collected was out for delivery on 05/06 and was damaged, still has not been returned to the seller.

My parcel was not collected on the date stated. I contacted this company who said they would reschedule the collection. My parcel was not collected on this rescheduled date either.
I asked this company why this was and they said they had no idea. They also told me that they ship thousands of parcels so cannot (can’t be bothered) to try and find out why, they also couldn’t provide me with any details to contact the courier.
Thus saga went on so long that the person who had my parcel offered to just take it to a UPS collection point,
I have been offered £10 compensation for the time I have wasted, phone calls, e mails and also the time the person who had my parcel has taken to keep informing me about missed collections and the time it took them to take it to the UPS collections point. The tone of the e mails is not empathetic, they are more interested in describing the thousands of parcels they ship ( obviously I am only interested in my parcel). I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

I cannot recommend Transglobal Express highly enough. Having recently used them to send parcels over the past few years to Australia, I found the entire process to be excellent from start to finish.

The service was efficient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. International shipping can often be complicated, but the team made everything straightforward and were always on hand to answer questions and provide guidance.

The staff are exceptionally helpful, and a special mention must go to Gesle, who was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping, she made the whole experience stress-free and gave me complete confidence that my parcel was in safe hands.

If you are looking for a reliable company for international shipping, particularly to Australia, I would highly recommend Transglobal Express. Outstanding customer service and a first-class experience throughout.

They cannot help. I use them to book shipments on a weekly basis, using them as a platform for UPS and DHL...UPS parcel has been stuck for weeks, but when I ask, Transglobal simply say they cannot help...i need to speak to UPS and Borderforce..no support at all...which is a shame.

The courier that came to pick up my boxes was unprofessional. I saw how he was throwing other packages recklessly and dropping them on the ground (to get them out of the way). Ignored FRAGILE written on my boxes too, rotated them, dropped them with force in the van. I’m scared my boxes will be damaged. Also, if all cars could have some sort of company identification on them - that would be great, thought of scam first. East London area

I always receive excellent customer service when I call Transglobal. I have to however give a special review for Nikki.
In my opinion she went over and above in helping me get my parcels delivered. It was really important that these parcels were released from customs in Portugal as they contained items for my daughters wedding.
Without her help and swift communication we may not have received them in time.
I can't thank her enough.
