I’ve used before no problem but big one today
I’ve used before no problem. Called last week to finalise quote. Rang today to make payment. Took my money; I was called back 2 hours later with the news they couldn’t use the supplier quoted as DHL wouldn’t take my address, but that FedEx would at a cost of £180 extra! And refund takes 3 mins. Lies it processes up to 5 days

The one area which is a niggle is the exportation docs etc,

When there was a problem with DHL, the customer service team handled the matter admirably. Many thanks to Karen, Greg, Alan, Isaac and Emily, who were all so helpful. Now my shipment is on its way.

Mr Adam Hill Commendation
Firstly, Adam (Hill) is a really nice bloke. He rang me at my request, and he went over all the packaging details comprehensively, so I fully understood everything. Although the phone call took about 35 minutes, I would recommend TGE to family and friends. Give this man a bonus at the end of the year!

FAILED DELIVERY WITH NO UPDATE TO SAY WHY
Very disappointed in the fact this very important delivery to my customer failed. No update or explanation given, even though I paid for a signed for delivery. Only the fact my customer phoing me complaining about his lack of delivery did I even realise this had happend. But it was put through via the "Post Office" through you, which is never a good thing as they are rubbish in my opinion. In hindsight I should of booked a proper courier through yourselves, as Post Offici service is shocking.
