Not very helpful at all in this instance. Seem not able to source alternate next day courier. Goods still not received and will be returned for refund when they do arrive.

Your order was sent to your delivery address on a next day service and according to Royal Mail’s tracking information they attempted to deliver it the next day. As they were unable to deliver the parcel it was taken back to the depot and re-delivered the next working day.

The charts I ordered were not in stock but it took a call from me to establish why they hadn't arrived.
The person who took that call however was very friendly and most apologetic.
But .... I think overall an email to explain that there would be a delay would have been appropriate,

The order was processed promptly with good communication via e-mail. The product was packaged well to protect it against damage during transit. However, my only issue was with ParcelForce delivery. It took three phone calls and detailed direction to get the package eventually delivered after five days. Parcelforce was the only weak link and I recommend they look at alternative delivery companies. But I do not hold Transair at fault over this issue.

As I mentionned in my previous email, I have been mostly suprised to get the reply about the delivery, that it can be in 1 or 2 week but also with a maximum of 1 month !!!
to ship a parcel beetween england and France ??
I know that you are leaving the european community, but is should be more acceptable to advise about this delivery and specially when you have
received the payment

Thank you for your review.
As you selected delivery by airmail we would expect you to receive your parcel in approximately 1 week unless you live in a rural area, then it will probably take a few days longer. If there are delays with the delivery and you have not received it within 3 to 4 weeks then we would advise you to contact us.
When placing future orders if you select delivery by DHL it will be sent on a trackable service and will normally take 1 to 3 days to be delivered.
