The follow-up call after my order was a lovely touch, made me feel valued and got me excited about my order arriving.

The trampoline came with everything we needed (and spares if I remember correctly) and was really easy to put up.

Delivery was secure and fast. The product quality was great too and my husband was able to assemble the trampoline single handedly, withing 5 hours - not bad for the sheer size of it. This trampoline gets beyond a 10 out of 10 from the kids - and has easily passed my "mum, risk assesment" as it is a very sturdy and robust piece of equipment - very well made. Thank you.

I cannot fault Trampoline Warehouse and Hayley was amazing ringing with the follow up of the order call. Sadley the carrier you used wasn’t as good by far as they left the parcel outside the wrong door which meant I had to trail round looking for it as the driver said he had delivered it………yes but where!!!!! Evenutally i found it outside the wrong house

1.) The purchase - We felt it was a good price, they gave us a phone call to thank us for our order and to tell us when we'd be getting our trampoline. We received a prompt delivery.

2.) After care - we needed a replacement part and the positive, polite response we got on the phone was amazing. They dealt with it super quickly with no qualms.

When you spend a lot of money on something like this you want, firstly, the kids to get lots of use out of it and, secondly, you want the people taking your money to be polite and easy to deal with. Very happy to report ALL the boxes have been ticked.

Great communications from this company. Lovely, well made, strong trampoline and the two grandchildren totally love it. Above all this is a “proper” company to deal with and care a lot about the customer. We bought a big 16foot version a few years ago from them which we sank in the ground. The various sets of grandchildren at different ages do very well out of us! This is yet another purchase so the fact we’ve come back to this company says it all. The trampoline is a birthday gift for two little boys but a gift that keeps on giving, It gets them away from tv and electronic devices and out in the fresh air/light whilst burning up their energy reserves. It’s a win-win. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company. Such establishments are indeed few and far between these days.
