What a brilliant service

Fantastic experience
I bought a pair of Adidas trainers. The price was the best I'd found online, the offer was delivered within a few days and the trainers themselves were perfect.

worth it for the price
It is so worth it for the price. because they sell their shoes below market value, I was able to get Adidas Spezial for £65 rather than the RRP of £90. The delivery was fast and free, ordered the shoes on Monday got it on Thursday. The over experience was great.

Hi, all returns are manually reviewed by staff. Before you send it back can you please take photos of the shoes, we don't sell fake shoes so these ones will be authenticated by adidas. If you could also send us the photos including the defects that would be appreciated.
Great Service
Great Service, prompt delivery, great price too. They even changed the size I had ordered as I was concerned they would be too big. They did this via email even after I had purchased. Great shopping experience. Highly recommend

Invoice was inside package and got stuck to customs
Good products, easy ordering, really fast delivery and helpful customer service. Unfortunately the invoice was inside the package and I had to order a copy for the customs to clear the package to go forward. This was a bit weird and I still think the mess was because of Finnish customs. Anyway, in the end I saved the double tax (i.e. pay tax to both countries) which is quite common when you order from UK to Finland.
Would recommend to buy again because with the IOSS number and full tax invoice it's fast and cheap process although UK isn't anymore part of the EU like Finland.
