Cannot praise this company enough. I purchased a hanging den and Climbing Frame for my grandson 8 months ago. The den material split. I contacted TP Toys quite late last night. I received a response almost immediately.
They have advised today a replacement den will be dispatched.
Customer services are 2nd to none and would highly recommend.

Paid well over £200 for one of their products, The package delivered failed to contain all components paid for. All efforts to obtain any assurance that the missing components would be sent have fallen on deaf ears. So-called Customer Services have been hopeless. Constantly blaming the couriers, failing to live-up to promises to re-send the missing components, failing to provide any adequate or credible updates etc. Be warned - this company is unreliable, untrustworthy and best avoided !

Absolutely loving our new 14 ft trampoline! The size is perfect, plenty of space for both kids and adults to bounce comfortably without feeling cramped. The build quality feels really solid and sturdy, which gives great peace of mind, especially with the safety net securely in place.

Assembly was straightforward, and once set up, it’s been used every single day.

Delivery was swift, and never had a problems.

Bought a swing set for grandchildren. Delivery took a little longer than expected but was certainly delivered within 5 days . I had ordered it over Easter weekend so bound to be later but was delivered on the Thursday. Quality seems really good , seems very sturdy . Kids love it

You never had any intention of delivering the swing on the 15th. It was delayed and at the point of MY initial contact. No one knew where it was or when it was going to be delivered.

I phoned and phoned and phoned and phoned and no one ever answers the phone! It’s only when you send cross emails or comment on your social media that suddenly the phones get answered.

If I hadn’t contacted you - no one would have contacted me to let me know there was a delay in the order. Absolutely no common courtesy for the paying customer - I’m sure the influencers you plaster over your social media with their gifted goods have this experience.

I have been offered 0 compensation for the absolute shambles of a process this has been.

Yes my order is out for delivery today because I CHASED IT. Not you. It had absolutely nothing to do with you. My order was in stock all of it bar one small piece. It could have been delivered by 15th but because one piece was delayed you delayed the whole order. It’s mad. Just send it in 2 orders. But apparently you can’t … is that because it costs you too much? I reckon so!!

The tone of your response is farcical!! Please don’t pass this off as a minor inconvenience this has taken ME hours to resolve. And I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone nor use you again for any outdoor toys.

So yes, while my order is out for delivery today - it’s because I spent the whole of last week trying to contact you - no one ever answered the phone, there is no live chat and the customer service representatives don’t really have a clue what’s going on.

If you want to buy outdoor toys, I’d strongly suggest using alternative outdoor companies, because this has been a nightmare.

If I could give it less than 1 star at this exact moment in the order process I would. I have been trying to contact TP Toys regarding my order placed on 29th March since last Monday. Their live chat is non existent, the numbers they suggest you phone just ring out. I have submitted a form (I’m not holding breath), I have contacted them on their social media platforms. Short of sending a carrier pigeon to their HQ, I’m not sure what else to do… maybe become an influencer because it seems you get your order that way!

My order is due to be delivered tomorrow. I haven’t had a single piece of correspondence from them since. Apparently I would hear when my order was shipped - well tomorrow is delivery day and I’m yet to get an email.

This was a gift for my daughter for Easter. She’s been counting down the sleeps until her swing arrives… as with all these things, it seems the big company isn’t really interested in customer experience or services, yet popping the money in their pockets.

I’m at a loss as to what to do. Short of putting a block on the payment on our card, which I am reluctant to do because we will then be left with a very sad 5 year old.

I have always seen TP Toys as the best in the business for outdoor toys, but after this experience I would never shop with them again.

If anyone has any suggestions as to where I can get a 3 piece swing by tomorrow from - please let me know, because left to TP Toys I’m pretty confident it isn’t from them.

Ordered on Good Friday with estimated delivery on Monday. On Monday they emailed to say they had issues and the delivery will be made Tuesday. Tuesday comes and the delivery is incomplete.
Emailed them to ask where is half of the delivery, they never replied. The next day they delivered the remaining half. Incredibly poor customer service, will never buy from them again. Just get any other brand as if you have any issues these guys dont ever get back to you.

My daughter loves her playhouse and slide. Customer service absolutely brilliant. Fast response and they honored a discount code sent to me after I had purchased an item. Would definitely recommend this company and will he using them again.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Never received the order and then eventually told sorry we have a stock issue ! Never use

Extremely pleased with the UFO tent swing. Very well made, even holds me for a relaxing read in the garden and the grandchildren love it. Very quick delivery too. Highly recommend .

Climbing frame and swing set purchase, looked at a lot of different companies, realised that TP Toys use high quality wood and that was so important for the North of England weather, also love that the climbing sets can be customised, the slides/climbing walls/ladder walls are all interchangeable giving lots of options to fit in the garden. The build was simple, took my husband, dad and 3 year old son (!) a full day to do both sets. Delivery drivers also brought everything down three levels of my garden which was incredibly helpful.

Great product, great customer service and great interchangeable items for a growing child. Had the TP range swings for my own children over 30 years ago who loved them, and they lasted for over 15 years! Now I have them for my first grandchild.

I ordered a wrong part for our trampoline. I emailed for support and was quickly helped to have the order cancelled. I was then informed that they had checked ( off their own back) for me and the trampoline was under warranty and that they would have the part ordered for me and sent out at no charge.
Outstanding customer support and quickly sorted out and will have a happy granddaughter when the part arrives.
Can’t fault the support I received

Wooden climbing frame is total rubbish, not even solid sections of wood just 6 inch bits all glued together, roof warped the first year, they offered to replace it but then only sent a third of what was needed. Don’t try and call them their answer machine is too full of complaints to take any more and they don’t answer the phone

At first I was delighted that my delivery on their website said 48 hours. I ordered on a Saturday so I thought it would be Wednesday (business Hours) when I did not receive a text from DPX and did not get my delivery on Wednesday. I emailed TP Toys customer services on Tuesday and received no reply PANIC as the climbing frame was for my grandchildren for Easter. I researched Trustpilot and found out I need to email Louis John at XDP he is the chairman of XDP and he kindly arranged delivery the next day on Thursday. You will need to do this as XDP can take a week to deliver. TP Toys did get in touch on Thursday,
Ordered on Saturday and received on Thursday is not 48 Hours, bear this in mind when ordering large toys. On the whole the climbing frame is well made and today is Easter Sunday and I cant wait to watch the grandchildren enjoy their present.

Trampoline safety not fit for purpose. The materials are weak. T P Activity toys are even blaming the ladder that THEY supplied saying it's incompatible and could have damaged the structure near the entry. It's badly designed. The top reinforcement steel is half as thick as the last trampoline we had. Buckles in a breeze

I ordered an item for a pressie, chose my date on the delivery options and it never arrived. Tp has been good but it’s the delivery company. Still waiting for the item to arrive. I’ve since looked at other reviews and it seems lots of customers have had the same trouble.

Great product, great value at a good price. From order to delivery was very quick. The little man who recieved this as a present loves it so nothing hut positives from us all

5 ☆ from TP. Just be warned that the courier took longer than 48 hours. TP chased them up and were great with all communication.
The swing feels sturdy and safe.
